beschwerlich, keine Rauchmelder vorhanden, Dachterasse schmutzig, Gartenstück total verrottet - verziert mit uraltem Möbel, Badzimmerschrank löst sich das Furnier ab, Beleuchtung im Bad sehr schlecht Rasieren fast unmöglich, durchgesessenes Sofa, lebensgefährliche Treppe zum Schlafzimmer, im oberen Bereich 90 Grad Kurve keine Sicherung/Handlauf, Staubsaugerschlauch defekt - Gerät sehr schmutzig, alle Türen quietschen, Schlösser sehr schwergängig. Für ein so vom Feuer gefährtetes Gebiet ist es grob fahrlässig dem Gast einen Kohlegrill anzubieten. Nach einem Funkenflug könnte der ganze Berg abbrennen. Am Tag vor der Abreise brannte für längere Zeit der gegenüber liegende Hang und konnte nur durch Hubschraubern gelöscht werden.

Schönes Häuschen

Insgesamt kann man die Unterkunft durchaus empfehlen, weil sie schön angelegt ist und mit dem Privatpool absolut punktet. Die Lage ist für Hundebesitzer nicht so gut, da die vorbeiführende Straße keinen Gehweg hat und die Autos doch sehr schnell fahren - Gassigehen ist da eher unangenehm. Anzumerken ist, dass die angepriesene Waschmaschine nicht zugänglich war und die Küche recht klein ist.

No muy cómodo

Es algo incómodo y habitaciones pequeñas con el baño en planta distinta a éstas. La cocina es tan pequeña que dificulta cocinar. Se trata de un inmueble algo viejo que necesita reformas, especialmente en el baño. Lo mejor es la zona exterior de la piscina y el aire acondicionado. En resumen, esperábamos algo más.

Super Haus, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Sehr positiv habe ich empfunden: Guter Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, tolles und bequemes Bett, überdachter Parkplatz, tolles Außenbereich. Denke ich werde nächstes Jahr wieder buchen.

Prachtig panorama zicht

Fijne plek, klein huis en wat onderhoud nodig, verder mooi zwembad en een zeer fijne plek om te verblijven. Wij hebben er een heerlijke vakantie van 2 weken gehad. Enig puntje van kritiek is de naast gelegen weg, die toch in de vroege ochtend wel wat overlast geeft.

Annonce pas correct

Joli extérieur, belle piscine . Intérieur petit, mal agencé et mauvaise odeur malgré les fenêtres ouvertes. Ont nous annonce une machine á laver le linge mais celle si est dans un local privé avec des objets du propriétaire et fermé á clé pas possible d obtenir cette clé. Pour obtenir 1 parrassol l'agence á dû appeler le propriétaire. Je loue des maisons en Espagne depuis plus de 30 ans c'est la 1ére fois qu'il faut ce battre pour un parrassol alors qu'il fait plus de 30 degrés et pas d'ombre.

Charmante petite maison

Maison très agréable pour passer du temps à se reposer plutôt en extérieur. Literie de bonne qualité, et équipée suffisament pour un séjour de vacances. La route passante n'est pas forcément dérangeante contrairement à l'indication du taux d'humidité qui signale lorsque le seuil est dépassé quelle que soit l'heure de la journée, à 4h du matin ça peut paraître surprenant mais la clim solutionne le problème. Pesonnel Interhome sur place très réactif et efficace.

Bonitas vacaciones y excelentes vistas

Es una casa muy cuca con vistas espectaculares y una ubicacion que te invita a relajarte y descansar, la picina de lo mejor,la limpieza es buena en general.Todo muy correcto, por poner un pero en mi opinion seria la de renovar la barbacoa y las hamacas,no es que estubieran inservibles pero es lo mas currado del mobiliario.Conclusion 12 dias de lujo.

La casa es exactamente lo que muestran en las fotos, la zona exterior es muy agradable y la piscina dispone de ilunimacion si se desea, tiene muy buenas vistas desde la azotea, la cocina es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario.Dispone de mosquiteras en todas las ventanas y puertas.Por poner algunos inconvenientes la habitacion de dos camas es incomoda para adultos, si es correcta para dos niños

casa susceptible de mejorar

la recogida de llaves nos retraso un poco la llegada a la casa: se me pregunto la hora de llegada (12.00 horas) y nos la retrasaron una hora sin avisar. Falta algun utensilio para la cocina como cucharas de madera para no dañar las sartenes y cacerolas y el cubo de basura estaba muy roto. he echado de menos un cubo de basura en el baño. El colchon de la cama de matrimonio era muy incomodo y se oye muchisimo el trafico de la carretera. Muy bien la limpieza y desinfeccion y la limpieza en piscina

prachtig uitzicht.

Dit huis werd ons aangeboden ter vervanging van een ander huis. Het uitzicht en buitenruimte en het zwembad zijn erg mooi. Er is geen naya maar wel een terras met schaduw door bomen met een grote eettafel. Het huis is niet groot en de keuken zeker klein. Er loopt een doorgaande weg boven het huis, daar heb je echter niet veel last van.
