Mooi rustige ligging.

Het appartement is zo hier en daar toe aan een opknapbeurt. Was niet echt schoon op één van de slaapkamers, wasmachine centrifugeert niet of nauwelijks, geen afsluitdop voor de afwasbak, terrasdeur niet afsluitbaar, geen gordijn bij de slaapkamer dus heet en licht. Wel voldoende ventilatoren aanwezig ( één was kapot) maar daar krijg je de slaapkamers niet koel mee. En er was een garage sleutel probleem die in onze twee weken vakantie niet werd opgelost. Ondanks aandachtspunten prima verblijf!

Location très agréable et conforme à la description. Il est bien situé et fonctionnel. La climatisation serait un plus mais nous savons lors de la réservation que le logement n'en est pas équipé. La grande place de parking est un plus même si l'accès peut être délicat avec de très longs véhicules. Je recommande cet appartement et pourrait y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour à Javea

mucho calor, poca climatizacion.

No tiene aire acondicionado. El ascensor no funcionaba al llegar al apartamento. buen caudal de agua. Mando de entrada al parking no funciona correctamente. trastero abierto y sucio, con enseres. Buena limpieza, pero toallas muy gastadas.

Dirty in parts

The location of the apartment was fantastic, as was xàbia itself. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The floors were very clean but the sofa in the living room was really filthy. It was very obviously used as a bed and smelled quite bad. It was grimy to touch and we had to cover it with a bed sheet just to be able to sit on it each evening. It was not big enough to for 4 people so we also had to use the director chairs too, but these were very uncomfortable. I think some of the mattresses on the beds should also be replaced as they too are grimy to touch. There were items of clothing in some of the wardrobes which made me feel like we were almost intruding in someone else's private space. We paid for the apartment to be cleaned after our stay but I wonder whether it was properly cleaned after the previous occupants? The cutlery in the drawers were sticky upon arrival and the kitchen units didn't feel very clean, they too felt a little sticky. The bath upstairs needs a really good scrub and the shower curtain replacing. Overall, a great appartment, but it needs a deep clean. Two other observations: directions re disposal of rubbish would be handy , as would a detailed map for parking and the exact location of the apartment within the complex upon arrival. The staff at interhomes xàbia were very polite, helpful and supportive, I just had major issues with the cleanliness of the appartment. Best regards, Deirdre
