This 64 m² cottage boasts a pleasant outdoor setting with a terrace and lawned area, all fully enclosed by walls and not overlooked. Relax during your stay with the garden furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue at your disposal. This enclosed space is ideal for families with young children.

On the ground floor: living room with lounge, sofa bed, and television, dining area, and fully equipped semi-independent kitchen. A toilet is also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms: the first with a 140cm bed and the second with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. The small bathroom has a shower, sink, storage space, and toilet.

Take advantage of your stay to visit the region's attractions: Maulévrier Oriental Park; the largest Japanese garden in Europe, the Shoe Museum, and the Textile Museum. For nature and adventure, hike or bike along the Sèvre Nantaise River or explore the many hiking trails.

25 minutes from the cottage, don't miss the medieval town of Clisson, with its Italian-influenced architecture, which hosts the famous Hellfest in June. You'll also be 25 minutes from Puy du Fou and 30 minutes from La Boissière du Doré Zoo. A little further away, stroll along the banks of the Loire or, for the more adventurous, the Atlantic coast (1.5 hours). Don't miss Nantes and its famous Machines de l'île.

Access to the Renussière gite: On the Nantes-Cholet RN249 expressway, take exit 8 Take the RD 753 towards Noirmoutier, La Séguinière, La Romagne. The cottage is located between La Séguinière and La Romagne. About 2 km after the exit of La Séguinière, in a descent, take the “turn left” in the direction of “la Bégaudière”. Cross the village, follow the winding road (important coast) for about 1 km Then take the first road on the left in the direction of “La Renussière”. The gîte is on the left as you arrive in the hamlet.
