Perfect location!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It is located on the lake in a bay which allowed my kids to safely kayak. The boathouse and dock were perfect and provided shade while fishing. The house has two big bathrooms and two great sized bedrooms so it made for plenty of space. It is located in a quiet neighborhood only minutes away from everything you need or could want.

I rented this property for my son and family to use over Thanksgiving. They absolutely loved it and plan to use it again. It was very well appointed and comfortable. He is a fisherman and loved the lake access. I had a very difficult time accessing the check-in information which was extremely stressful but the house itself was delightful. I highly recommend it.

Great place to stay on Lake Palestine

The house was very nice, very clean, well kept and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property manager responded immediately to any questions we had. The kids loved the dock and big back yard leading down to the lake. Highly recommend booking this house for a stay on Lake Palestine or visiting Tyler!

Charming Lake House on Lake Palestine

Awesome!

Great place to visit. We spent almost all of the daylight hours on the dock fishing. My wife and I caught over a hundred fish in two days. Lots of catfish and bream. Even caught a 2 lb bass. The house was great with everything we needed. We will be returning to this house next time we are in the Lake Palestine area. Thanks for a great vacation.

Perfect!

We split a bigger group of people between our house and this place and it was perfect. The house was clean, the space was appropriate and we had a great time. The kitchen is well outfitted! One comment as an FYI, the 3rd bed (futon) is inside another bedroom. So if you have groups that need private “bed space”, this 3rd bed location will be a problem.

Bass Tournament Pre-Fishing Trip

My son and his fishing partner were pre-fishing for their final high school bass tournament of the year on Lake Palestine. The house was perfect for our needs. 5 minutes from the boat ramp, house was clean, had all the creature comforts were readily available and the driveway was perfect to park a 21’ boat under a covered car port. Electrical outlets on back porch made charging boat batteries easy. Great trip … When we come back to Lake Palestine, we’re staying at this house!

Great Girls Weekend Away

Booked a girls Memorial Day Weekend away ! Communication with Veronica was simple and quick. The 2b/2b was just perfect, great open floor concept with very lake house decor. Screened in back porch was excellent with adjacent decks. Easy short distance to boat dock and neighbors were super friendly and very courteous. We will def be coming back ! (just a few notes I would like to make, these things did not at all hinder our weekend, safety or thoughts of the listing, just some things maybe to consider to the owner, small patches of poison ivy around back deck, section of screen needs to be repaired on porch, extend ladder down dock for easier access in & out of the lake) Otherwise IT WAS PERFECT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
