New Listing! This is a wonderful condo across the street from the ocean. Short walk to the beach! We have a pool you can drive to for your use just outside the gates.
This condo sleeps 4 people comfortable. Newer stainless steel appliances in kitchen and recently newly stocked with all the essentials. Coffee and Tea service provided. Rear patio with seating for your morning coffee. Washer and dryer in dedicated laundry room.
Sheet, towels, shampoo, soap, stocked kitchen, beach chairs provided.
Great for families, couples, groups and business travelers. Home is cleaned and disinfected with CDC approved products.
No amenities overlooked including Wi-Fi, Cable TV with over 100 channels, We are very close to St Augustine. Plenty of local restaurants in Ponte Vedra. We are in the Gated section of the Beach villas. We are on the second floor walk up of the Villas.
We have complete contactless check-in.
No RV, Motorcycle, boat or trailer parking aloud.

A lovely, safe place.

This was a lovely place to stay. We felt very safe at night during our time there, check in was very easy to do. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be sure to check to see if this place is available again.

Great location near the beach

We enjoyed staying a short walk from the gorgeous beach! The condo was small (it’s a studio) but it served our needs well. We also enjoyed spending time on the screened in balcony. My only complaint was that the floor was not clean. I walked on it barefoot and it had not been swept, and I couldn’t find a broom to sweep it myself.

Beach retreat

The location was great. However the furnishings are overdue for replacement. The only bed was not comfortable & should be updated to a queen instead of a full. The counters in the bathroom were unusually tall & might be difficult for shorter guests to use. The sofa was lumpy & should be replaced.

Great shower pressure

Nice property but is a studio, not one bedroom. Very clean, Needs updated couch and dining table w chairs. Owner was very good with communication.

Overall, price and communication was great! We got scammed through another booking site and needed this asap. Very clean, great for price, mattress wasn’t the best. Everything else was great!

Not what I expected

First 2 days were fine. I did think I was renting a 1 bedroom but it turned out to be a studio which was ok .The studio had all I needed. However all went wrong sunday night as I came back to a flood which also happened twice . Monday morning it turned out I was woke up by roofers who were there the whole time I was renting as they were very loud. Lastly I was locked out in the hot sun with my 3 year old grandson. After many conversations with VRBO I was refunded my money which I was grateful for as I had to spend the rest of my time at a hotel.

Cindy Great- Property not so much

This review is for this property we were supposed to stay in NOT the one we actually stayed in that was amazing. It does not appear the owners of this property have put $1 into it in 20yrs. Everything extremely dated and just worn out. Ac didn't work when we arrived and the property manger relocated us to a property that we have stayed in before in the same complex. There is reason this property is available and it's a shame the owners do not reinvest in what could be a wonderful vacation spot. Thank you Cindy for helping make things right and greatly appreciated.

COUPLES RETREAT

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo, they have extras for your stay including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels. If you are looking for a quiet romantic get away this is perfect and packing light is possible because of the washer and dryer in the room. We loved this little condo. I do have one suggestion for the owner, which is upgrade the main bed as it doesn't sleep as comfortable as I would have liked. This is absolutely the only issue we had with our stay. a thicker mattress would take care of this issue.

Cute studio condo walking distance to beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute studio condo with veranda & walking distance to beach. They had all of the necessities from extra toilet paper, paper towels to laundry detergent. Also had a beach umbrella with beach chairs. We didn't get to enjoy the beach except for one day because it was mostly chilly the 1st two days but we still enjoyed ourselves. The host had really good communication & even let us check in early which was a plus! A lot of the reviews talked about the high counter tops, they didn't bother us & were no problem. Thank you again for your hospitality!

LOVELY OCEANSIDE RENTAL!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described and more! Easy 5 minute walk to the beach across the parking lot and the beach is private with no crowds! Will 100% rent again!

Wifi goes out FREQUENTLY!!!! Streaming TV isn’t great. Counters are very tall, need a step stool to brush teeth. Otherwise, nice unit.

Sawgrass beach club

Lovely setting almost on the beach. Good wifi for work. Basic amenities. Adequate cleanliness. Spacious studio, very dark in evening, ceiling light/fan not functional. I just moved lamp to side table by the Murphy bed to read at night. Lanai was filthy, did not use. Slept well, very quiet. Single female traveler, I felt quite safe.

Sawgrass

The location was fantastic. I had great internet which was needed as I had to work from this location. Cleanliness needed some work. The screened in porch was very dirty. There were a few large dead palmetto bug was on the floor in the living room . A storm door that fit on the front door may help with this. The shower ledge was dirty and I cleaned before use. The only other issue was that the bed was not as described . It was a regular sized bed
