Wonderful stay in Dinan :-)

We did very much enjoy our stay in that very special flat and within the center of this beautiful small town. The flat in all respects has a very high-grade standard: furniture, kitchen, machines, bath rooms, elevator directly to the flat (!), perfect mixture of old wood and stones with modern accessoires :-). Nothing is low level. Parking well organized and nearby (included). Restaurants need to be selected well as most of them just offer the same. Food shops, such as butchers, fromageries, boulangeries are of unbelievable high standard. The landlord Catalin was always helpful & friendly and gave us valuable recommendations (also regarding selection of restaurants). 5* host !!!!

Fabulous apartment in great location

Cannot speak more highly of this place. It was beautifully clean, location was great in Dinan. It was kitted out properly so you can actually cook a meal. The host was very good at communicating. Definitely one that we would visit again.

Exquisitely renovated apt. in a charming town

We are a family of five with young adult and teenage kids. Each of us throughly enjoyed Catalin’s apartment. Beyond the comfort of the beds and plenty of hot water, the attention given to each detail is extraordinary. Every appliance and fixture is intuitively, beautifully designed. There are plenty of local shopping options for meal preparation. We explored Dinan and made day trips to St. Malo, Dinard and Mont St. Michel. Having a parking space during high season was especially helpful - thank you for providing such a wonderful experience, Catalin!

Fantastic apartment in Dinan

The apartment in Dinan deserves 5 stars all around. The location is fantastic, the check-in process was communicated very thoroughly and completely and the unit itself was beautiful! Catalin, the property owner was extremely responsive with all my email communications. This is the perfect apartment to stay in Dinan!

Beautiful apartment in the center of Dinan - ideal for vacation with family

Very comfortable apartment, beautifully renovated and completely equipped. The apartment is located in the center of Dinan, restaurants and shops can be reached easily by short walk. Thanks to Catalin for the very friendly welcome and the good support with lots of insider information about things to do in Dinan and the surrounding region. We were there with our familiy for one week and were more than happy with the stay.

Très belle location

Nous avons très fortement apprécié cette location, qui au-delà d’une très belle décoration, était très confortable, très propre, très accueillante, avec un grand soin apporté pour que nous passions un superbe séjour. Merci encore, c’était vraiment très bien.

L'appartement sur ses deux niveaux comporte un grand espace séjour, trois chambres dont l'accès à la chambre principale se fait directement du salon via l'escalier intérieur, une cuisine avec îlot central et deux salles de bains.

L'accès possible en self check-in avec boîte à clef sécurisée à l'entrée et deux places de parking gratuites situées à 50m de l'entrée de l'appartement dans le parking "Hôtel de Ville".
