Hébergement limite insalubre

Logement très vieux, vétusté , moisissures dans la douche ,la porte de celle ci ne fermait pas et odeur désagréable dans la salle d'eau. La literie est à revoir le matelas fait cuvette. La télé commande ne fonctionne pas. Pas de machine à laver alors que c'est stipulé dans le descriptif. Je ne comprends pas qu'abritel diffuse de tel logement.

Un séjour inoubliable en famille

Le propriétaire a été très rassurant et organisé. Son ami est à proximité si besoin pour nous aider. Un séjour superbe à Dunkerque grâce à cet appartement car il est non loin de la plage et nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté pour nous garer. Des voisins sympathiques qui nous demandent si tout va bien, un appartement pour avoir un pied à terre comme nous le souhaitions pour visiter Dunkerque et les allentours. L'appartement nous a tout à fait convenu et nous en garderons à vie de beaux moments en famille.

Die Lage perfekt 10 min zum Strand, Achtung Hunde nicht erlaubt man muss an den Hundestrand ca 30 min laufen.Richtung Leffrinckoucke. Die Wohnung war sauber jedoch dürfte sie nicht weitervermietet werden da Kabel aus der Wand haengen die Schränke alt und kaputt und das schlimmste mein Mann,Ich und mein Sohn sind komplett mit dem Schlafsofa auf die Fliessen gefallen absolut unstabil und gefährlich hatten Glück dass wir uns nichts gebrochen hatten haben es mit einer vollen Tuete untendrunter abgestützt. Das andere Bett nicht besser sehr wackelig und instabil der Schrank auch Henkel defekt und alt sowie Türen Klorollenhalter defekt, Heizung im Bad defekt, Dusch tuer defekt muss man zuwerfen dass sie zu bleibt. Nach dem Duschen hatten wir einen so lauten Piepston dass wir nicht weiter wussten wir ließen paarmal das Wasser erneut laufen und Gott sei Dank hörte es auf. Der Vorhang zur Abtrennung war oben auch aus dem Gestänge raus. 1 Geschirrhandtuch einfach zu wenig haben uns neue gekauft. Der Herd wird mit Gas betrieben, Geschirr sowie die ganze Einrichtung zusammengewuerfelt fuer 4 Pers. Viel zu wenig 2 Gläser 2 Tassen und ca 5 Teller lachhaft 2 Schüsseln fuer Muesli, da haben wir uns auch noch welche gekauft es gibt ein Action Markt in der Naehe. Obwohl 4 Pers. angemeldet waren war das Sofa nicht mal bezogen wir haben aber die Sachen im Schrank gefunden. Alles im Ganzen dürfte diese Wohnung erst nach renovierter und kontrollierter Sicherheitspruefung vermietet werden.

Locataire pas sérieux a la dernière minute vs change de location soit disant parce que le vottravoli

Très déçue ns avons eu un changement de dernière minute de logement. Avons eu un logement insalubre Clic clac très mauvais état on sentait les lattes . Contre un mur avec plein humidité voir noir avec une installation électrique démontée et dangereuse passée une nuit affreuse levé à 5h du matin avec un mal de dos pas de drap housse sur le clic clac housse de couette brûlée par cigarette avec trace sale. Installation électrique avec des rallonges pas très sécurisant. Trace jaunes sur linge de lit. 1 petite serviette de toilette pas de bain normalement fourni pour 4 personnes chouette heureusement que j en avait prévu 1 sinon vs comprenez. Ns avons étaient très pressés de quitter ce taudis. Très déçue pour une première chez Abritel pourtant j'avais eu pleins de bons commentaires à votre sujet
