Poor management and dirty sheets
1.First of all a male receptionist was not really sure what he was doing. At 3pm when we were supposed to check-in, he told us to sit and wait. The room supposed to be ready by 3pm but it was not.2.We booked a room with a king bed but when we arrive there, they gave us a room with a queen bed. We were told to stay there 1 night and change our room the next day. It was not convenient at all. 3. The next day when we changed the room, the new room had a very strong smell. We were sure that the heck that was. Maybe the cleaning products but it was really strong and we had to go outside. 4.The sheets were not being changed. There were make ups on the sheet. I took a picture of it too. At that point it was too late to ask them to change our sheets and we were too tired and so disappointed. The property has an outstanding pool, pool view and the car. It is an unfortunate that the management team manages the property poorly.
