16 Guests❤️6BR/3BA/Private❤️Comfy/Quiet/Convenient

Centrally located in Silicon Valley, this beautifully remodeled home. This spacious house is nearly 2,000 square feet, single level with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Guests will have full access to and use of the house 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like, and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! We respect your privacy; please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

NOTE: We currently have construction in the backyard. There might not be any workers during your stay. If there is, the operating hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

The gardener, the maintenance crew, and the cleaner may also be outside the house during these hours. I appreciate your understanding.

Family Wedding

We had a large group staying together for a family. This house was perfect to fit all of us. It was clean and had comfortable beds and also provided coffee which was great! Really good spot for a large group.

Plenty of room

This was perfect for our large group. Lots of beds and 3 full bathrooms. The house was very clean and in a great location to get everywhere we needed to go. Thanks for sharing this house with us.

Unexpected company

The house was nice and you can tell that it had been cleaned. The problem...there were roaches in this house! We couldn't believe it. There were sightings mainly in the kitchen area and one of the bedrooms. This had everyone on edge and ready to leave immediately, but not everyone had planned or funds for alternate arrangements. It just made for a very uncomfortable five (5) nights, and with extra precautions having to be taken. This was unacceptable. It's a shame too because the house is really nice and was "clean." They need to get an exterminator in there immediately, ensure regular inspections and spray after every tenant. This has definitely changed our view about VRBOS.

We had a good time

We enjoyed our stay at evergreen. Spacious house with plenty of bedrooms and perfect location. Check in and out process was very easy and Sony is very good communicating with us well.

Great experience! Plenty of room. We had a great family trip.

Plenty of room, clean and great location. Fully stocked with everything you need. Would have been even better if there was a hot tub. Definitely would stay again!
