Hello Sunshine! You'll love our upstairs oasis. Located just steps from downtown Palm Springs, walk to everything! Newly decorated with all the conveniences and amenities of home. 2 patios, lots of light and vaulted ceilings makes for a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy mornings overlooking the San Jacinto mountains from 2 private patios. Lounge by 1 of 2 beautiful pools, take a dip in the hot tub or enjoy a round of tennis. Walk to everything!

This condo is recently remodeled and decorated. Everything is new: linens, towels, dishes, furniture, beds, televisions and appliances. For those who love to cook outdoors, there's a new grill on the patio with tables and chairs just waiting for happy hour. We provide Internet access with wifi for streaming movies and a bluetooth speaker for music.

Perfect location in PS.

We came down from San Francisco for Pride and stayed 9 days. The location was great for going downtown to the festival, Thursday night Village Fest, shopping, dining, etc. plus hte pool and tennis court were great extras.

Palms Springs modernism week stay

If your looking for a spacious two-bedroom condo across the street from the convention center this is a reasonably priced unit. Walking to convention center and vintage car show simple! Walking to hub area of downtown no so and we drove to restaurants and shopping. Would have preferred not getting in the car so much but with our disability placard, we didn't have a problem even though it was crowded downtown.

it was very quiet & well maintain complex. we loved the location. we really enjoyed the apartment. the beds were super comfortable. the washer & dryer were great.we would definitely stay there again.Terry the apt. manager was fantastic.

Great location

We had a great time. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The only problem we had was the washing machine was not working. However, the host accmmodated us by picking up our laundry and dropping it off. However we would have preferred a working washing machine. We would rent the condo again.

Wonderful

We so enjoyed our stay and was sad to leave. A week wasn’t enough time! The apartment was nicely and comfortably furnished. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pools and the hot tub. The condo is very close to downtown and extremely walkable! The hosts were great and responded quickly! Hoping to come back next year!

Relaxing week in Palm Springs

Stayed here with my wife for the week. We had a excellent time staying at this condo. The weather was perfect. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The complex is very quiet and relaxing. The pools are clean and refreshing on those hot days. The condo is in a great location. Convenient to walk to almost anything you want. The owner and property manager Terry were very nice and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Cozy Condo and Super Location

We had.a terrific time staying at Downtown Palm Springs. The condo was very comfortable and well supplied with kitchen items, towels, paper products, etc. The beds were the best! It was nice dealing with the owner and property manager. Instructions were clear and concise. We surely hope to stay here again!

Perfect location

Well equipped, comfortable unit that is super close to town. We were here for Halloween and Pride and walked to all events. Met the neighbors at the pool and everyone was delightful.
