Take an escape to the perfect beach getaway! The open floor plan allows for plenty of room for your family to be together making wonderful memories.
The home is perfect for a family or a girls trip. The modest price makes it a very affordable vacation. The house accommodates up to six guests comfortably. On the second level, the primary bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed an attached bathroom and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin size beds. These bedrooms are on the main level.
The front deck offers lounge chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while soaking in the sounds of the waves and palm trees. The side deck offers a table for dining alfresco.
When you are ready for the beach, it's a quick 5 minute stroll away.
All Is Whale has everything you need, including a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower.
The close proximity to the many attractions in Galveston is another plus. The prestigious neighborhood of Pirates Beach is located near the exciting Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Moody Gardens. It is only 20 minutes from the main attractions of the island including, The Pleasure Pier and the Strand.

Great place to stay

The house was very clean, plenty of room for us and in a great location. The host responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. I highly recommend this house and host.

Beach house stay

We came down for a cheer competition and stayed at this lovely place. We really enjoyed staying here, it was a beautiful place and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice as well. We will definitely be back. Also the property management was very easy to work with and convenient, she answered any questions we had in a timely matter.

Girl's trip

This house is wonderfully decorated, very clean and a short walk to the beach! The host tried to keep in touch and make sure we had all we needed but we were having too much fun to check email. You won't regret staying here and you will refer friends to this rental!

Bikers at the Beach

We come down every year for the Lone Star Rally this was a first time for some of the sisters in our motorcyle club. The beach was walking distance the stores were close it was great. No extra blankets in the place and no beach towels the house had everything else. Margie the host was a sweetheart we will definitely be rebooking with her.

Fabulous. Just Fabulous

House in Pirates Beach exceeded our expectations. Better than the pictures. Beautifully furnished. Great flow to the house although the spiral staircase could be a problem for some. Everything worked well. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice linens in bath and bed. Nice quiet neighborhood. Walk five min to the beach. Can’t wait to go back!

Soccer tourney weekend

We came for the weekend for my son’s beach soccer tournament and lucked out getting this house booked. It was the perfect size for my husband, myself, my two kids and my mother in law. Everything was fresh and clean and very y well decorated. Margie is incredibly responsive and accommodating. We had our boat with us because we came from a fishing trip in Destin and ended up not having parking for it at the tournament like we were told. We asked if we could leave the boat in the driveway for a few extra hours after checkout time and she graciously said yes. We would book again on our next trip.

Very relaxing getaway

Lots of fun designer touches and nice amenities (fluffy towels, good mattress, kitchen setup) made our stay special. It's a short walk to the beach and about a 20 minute drive to The Strand and restaurants in town but West End Marina has a good restaurant 10 minutes away. We love no cars on the beach. Appreciated that we could bring our dog and the fenced area was convenient. We'll be back!

A beautiful beach home decorated perfectly and clean as could be! It was obvious to us as soon as we walked in that the owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was not only enjoyable but personal! Would definitely rent again and will! Thanks so much Margaret!!!

Very cute home

The home was nice and we had a nice time. The only reason I gave a 3 for accuracy of online listing was due to the fact the home had 1 bedroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms down. There was no mention of this in the listing or pictures. We knew there was an upstairs loft area but thought that was all that was upstairs. We have small children and were looking for a home with all bedrooms on the same level and this was a big reason why we chose this home. It all ended up working out but just would have been good to mention in the listing. Again, the home is nice and great location. Just a 5min walk or less to the beach!

Good for what we needed

We needed a place to stay for a family gathering. It was close to the area we needed to be in and was a convenient location. The layout of the home worked well for us. There are a few minor maintenance items that would have made the stay a little better, but they didn’t ruin our stay. Also wish we had more bath towels, but no big deal. The property manager is very communicative, so that was great. We would stay here again, if ever needed.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The beach home is immaculate and tastefully decorated. It is in a quiet, neighborhood with easy access to the beach. It has everything and more than a boutique hotel experience. We will definitely return!
