The house is old but everything works well. It is warm and has an adequate kitchen. It would be nice to have 2 bathrooms but older homes weren't built that way. Price is very reasonable.
This house is in a quiet neighborhood in a central area of North Richland. It was very clean and comfortable and the check out requirements were reasonable compared to many places I have stayed.
This cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway for a friend's 50th birthday celebration. It had everything we needed and we would definitely recommend staying here!
This home is older but clean and functional. The location is convenient and the cost is reasonable. Richland has never had many VRBO's so this was a great find.
I love staying at Kimball Cottage and I try to stay here whenever I'm in Richland on biz. ! It's a perfect house, well decorated with all the amenities of what one would expect from a home. Highly recommended.
It was a very nice stay and was a great option compared to a hotel. Stayed right in my old neighborhood so it was a walk down memory lane. House was ready and clean when we arrived.
The master bed in this home was the best I’ve ever had! It’s a beautiful home set up very nicely in the kitchen didn’t need anything and air control was amazing for a very hot stay! Cleanliness of this house was outstanding! Would definitely return!
We where here to visit the Hanford Reactor and the house was about 5 minutes from the tour starting location. The house was neat and clean and the grounds well kept. The air conditioning was much appreciated and easily kept the house cool. There was also a portable fan. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a vintage stay.
We enjoyed our stay here. Only issues were the back door sticks and is hard to open but that was going to be fixed when we checked out. Also, the oven is dirty, hair left in the shower drain, and there was a brown spot on the sheets. But otherwise it was a nice, comfortable home to stay in. Neighborhood is fairly quiet.
Comfortable stay. Place was clean with comfortable beds. Provided some basic kitchen needs such as coffee, tea, filters, but we brought our own. Small yard was well manicured and partially fenced. Our dog went nuts over the squirrels so we had to keep her on a leash. Could have used some basic instructions for the washing machine. Would not hesitate to stay again.
This house was clean and quiet. The house has everything that we needed to prepare some simple meals while here. The beds were comfortable. The check in process was easy and check out instructions were simple and easy as well.
My only complaint was the shower pressure wasn't the best and the curtain blew into the shower because it was so light and kept touch us while we showered.
Suggestions- blackout curtains in the main bedroom and a king sized bed.
We enjoyed staying at this property with our dog. Access to the lovely river walk was a real plus! The house had everything we need for a short stay AND an extremely comfortable bed.
There were 2 issues, one minor, one major.
1. The fan in the bath doesn’t work well.
2. The short concrete wall in the driveway is not visible when backing out. I scraped my fender on it ($800 damage). Based on the many scrapes on the concrete corner, I’m not the first to have done this. You need to mark it’s location with something high enough to be seen from the car.
