Très bien situé dans le quartier de la Faviere, près de la plage et des commerces. Appartement agréable et fonctionnel avec une belle terrasse vue sur la piscine. Résidence bien entretenue et sûre. Nous avons apprécié le ventilateur car il faisait assez chaud, en revanche toujours pas de bacs à glaçons malgré les précédents avis.

Het appartement is klein, maar voldoet voor 2 personen. Het ruime terras maakt veel goed. De inrichting is wel gedateerd en heeft een opfrissing nodig. Ook keuken en badkamer zijn aan verniewing toe.

Wir waren jetzt schon das 5. mal in diesem Appartement. Es hat sich seit 15 Jahren nichts verändert. Leider immer noch keine Garage oder Stellplatz! Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Schöner großer Balkon.

Excellent séjour au rives de la favieres , appartement au 3eme étage avec ascenseur, très proches de la plage et des commerces avec accès à la piscine ! Super bon logement , bonne literie , bien équipé manquer juste le bac à glaçon mais ce n'es qu'un détails ! Une semaine sublime je recommande ce logement !

Une belle région à découvrir

Logement satisfaisant quand on n'a pas beaucoup d'exigences ; propre sans aller voir dans les coins (un complément de ménage a été nécessaire à notre arrivée, à l'intérieur des placards et les sanitaires). La grande terrasse a été appréciable durant le séjour. Le voisinage (propriétaires du RDC bâtiment E, côté piscine, qui vivent à l'année) n'a pas été très accueillant, nous informant du règlement (inconnu pour nous) de manière directive. Une bouilloire, grille-pain auraient été appréciés. CDLT

Parkplatz

Wir waren ingesamt zufrieden! Das einzige Problem war, das es zur Wohnung kein Parkplatz gibt! Ich musste jeden Tag im Quartier herumfahren und nicht immer erfolgreich einen Parkplatz suchen! Es gibt leider zu wenig öffentliche Parkplätze, dort in Favière!
