Perfect Location with Parking - Jersey House - TV in every Bedroom!
Jersey House a 5 bedroom house with a modern kitchen, ensuite shower room to the master bedroom and two shared shower rooms. There are 6 twin beds and two sofa beds, one of which is a double and the other is a small double. There is lots of parking immediately outside the property it is a short drive from Swansea City Centre, Swansea Marina, Swansea Enterprise Park and close to The Mumbles and the Gower Peninsular.
Please check all Covid-19 guidelines for your stay in Wales via the Welsh Government website.
Prior to us giving access to the property you will be required to provide Photographic ID, a valid phone number and your home address for track and trace purposes. A deposit of £150 is collected by the host prior to arrival at the property, this is refunded at the end of your stay providing none of the house rules are broken. There is an increased deposit of £300 for 1 night/ weekend bookings.
Our properties are strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house.
No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.
Check-in time is 4 PM – 10 PM and please check out by 10AM
