In Moliets beach, close to the golf course, pleasant villa on one level, with private pool, only 1.5 km from the beach of Les Chênes Lièges, in a popular residential area.
It includes: a large living room with dining area and living room (TV, 2 sofas including 1 convertible), equipped kitchen open to the living room (ceramic hob 4 burners, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave), 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom (bath and double sink, and separate toilet), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom one queen size with bed, 1 separate toilet, a lingerie with washing machine and dryer. Private swimming pool (4*8 m). Plancha. Parking in front of the house. Capacity: 6/8 people - Bed linen and towels provided.
A contribution to charges of 50 € per week will be requested between MID OCTOBER et MID MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE (extra 170€).
