l'appartement est bien situé , prés du centre ville et de la plage . des commerces sont juste en face , carrefour , boulangerie pharmacie, librairie , c'est vraiment un plus . l'appartement est un peu vétuste , quelques propretés seraient nécessaire .. la télé est très petite est mal placé , il faut se contorsionner si vous voulez la regarder , il faudrait qu'elle puisse pivoter ... la salle de bains est sympa avec une douche à l'italienne . il manque quelques accessoires dans la kitchenette ...

Le logement est très bien situé, pas besoin de voiture on fait tout à pied (courses, plage, centre ville) et ça s'est vraiment bien. Seul bémol, le ménage pas top, vaisselle sale, le rez de jardin pas trop entretenu. Superbe salle de bain refaite au gout du jour (douche à l'italienne). Je ne comprends pas que la TV ne soit pas sur un bras directionnel, car son emplacement n'est pas très judicieux. Résidence très calme.

Location rez-de-jardin très bien placée et très agréable. L'accès à la piscine est un plus !! Le seul bémol étant que les vacanciers sont sensés arriver en voiture et que le plan d'accès à la résidence n'est pas prévu pour les personnes à pieds.....!

Appartement à rénover complètement. Gros meubles en bois. Porte du congélateur qui est cassé. Pas de machine à laver le linge. Une toute petite penderie. Le plus le lit qui était correct

Tolle kleine Wohnung - alles vorhanden was man braucht - super Lage - in Strand -und Stadtnähe - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Wir können Interhome und diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Studio correct. Résidence calme en cette période (Avril). Stationnement face à l'appartement (5 mètres). Le fait que l'appartement soit situé dans le second bâtiment de la résidence au fond du parking privatif fait que l'été on doit échapper au bruit de la piscine. Oreillers neufs, mais nous avions les nôtres. Literie récente. Petit super marché à 300 mètres avec station essence. Grand marché de plein air tout proche le vendredi matin (à coté du super marché). Plage à moins d'un kilomètre. Centre ville tout proche à pied. Il manque une douche (c'est une baignoire et lavabo).

Appartement vétuste....lit catastrophique....salle de bains dangereuse...dommage un coup de peinture et mobiler plus d actualité serait un plus pour cette location.
