Amazing Stay

Had a great time at this property. A close walk to the tram station to trace to downtown Nice. Property owner was communicative and friendly. Overall a great experience.

Nice apartment

Emmanuel was available and helpful during our stay. Anytime we had questions, she called us back right away. Her apartment was was very clean. If you don’t have a car, you walk up a steep hill to the apartment. It’s in good location and we felt safe there.

Stay was Ok overall but a few disappointments

I enjoyed my stay in Fabron, however a few disappointments with the property - no air conditioning which was unbearable at night (even though the listing said there was air conditioning), there was only a ceiling fan. The apartment could also do with a bit of an update - ie the toilet seat was cracked and it would be nice to have a nicer mattress on the sofa bed. I found the fold out bed more comfortable than the lounge. It was a good base and I would recommend if air conditioning was installed and the bathroom was fixed up a bit, as there was a cracked toilet seat and the shower head wasn't very stable.

Un charmant studio, avec une vue imprenable

Le studio est très bien situé, à deux pas de la plage, conforme à l'annonce. C'est calme, et le petit plus: la vue sur la mer et le parc, le chant des cigales. On s'y sent bien!

Studio nice

Studio propre, propriétaire tres dispo, canape lit moyenne, belle vue mais bruyant avec fenêtre ouverte, fermé on entend rien. Tram en bas du l'immeuble, pratique. Vieux nice a 3 km.

Visite de Nice en 4 jours.

Le tram et la plage sont à quelques centaines de mètres, seulement l'immeuble est situé tout en haut de la résidence. Il faut donc tout traverser à pied, monter tout les escaliers, pendant plusieurs minutes. Ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce.

Bon séjour

Appartement bien situé. A proximité de la plage. Le tramway est à 5 minutes et permet de se déplacer facilement. Le stationnement dans la résidence n'est pas toujours facile. Nous n'avons pas rencontré la propriétaire mais elle a été disponible par téléphone pour la procédure d'arrivée. La ville de Nice est à découvrir !
