The property is a welcoming inviting home that gives you indoor and outdoor entertaining space. The home is located close to many of the attractions Los Angeles has to offer. Close to Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Universal studios and many other locations.

Entering the home, there is a gated front courtyard with seating to give you more areas of the property to enjoy. There is a gated car port that can have 2 cars parked in tandem.


The master bedroom has a large sliding closet with plenty of space for all your items. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an apple tv and a desk. This room is located beside the first bathroom that has a separate standing shower and has a bathtub as well.


Bedroom 2 is a large bedroom with 2 twin beds and an ensuite with a standing shower. This bedroom has plenty of storage between the closet and the dresser. There is a secretary desk in the room to assist with any work needs. The third bedroom is a converted patio that is accessed from this bedroom.


The third bedroom is a converted outdoor patio. The room is off the second bedroom which is considered the third bedroom. The room has a twin size bed. There is a portable heater unit in this room giving it control over the temperature. This room has windows overlooking the backyard and a door that opens giving you access to the backyard.


Please confirm any pets before booking, pet fee is an additional charge $150.

The outdoor garage in the back is locked, it is used for storage by the owner.

This rental home was a gem tucked away in the midst of a bustling neighborhood. Everything about our week-long experience was delightful. Beautiful furnishings, plenty of towels, excellent seating inside and out. The owner was easy to communicate with - every question I had was met with a prompt and friendly response. Having this excellent oasis was a neat experience for our family. Recommended!

Great house in safe neighborhood

This is the second time we have stayed here. Fabulous location with private gated parking space, which means a lot to us in LA. Manager has stocked bathrooms with all sorts of amenities. The 3 BR 2 bath home has both front and back outdoor areas. We would return!

Wonderful home for family

My family has stayed at many rentals in the last decade. Ofir was without a doubt the most responsive and gracious host that we have ever had, going above and beyond at literally all times. The house was also great for our family (two boys 7 and 2). Fully and generously stocked with anything a family could need. I rarely write reviews but my wife insisted that we had to leave one for this home.

Great location and great host

This was a great experience. The host was available for any questions. She also went above and beyond with picking up a pack-n-play that was shipped before our arrival. The location of the house is perfect. We were able to reach all the key neighborhoods/attractions within 15-20 min of drive. House has a very cute backyard and patio. Our little ones loved the playground. We will look for an availability of this house for our next visit to LA.

Fabulous House!

One of the best places we have rented in LA. Nice safe neighborhood. Private gated parking space. Ofir was responsive and very helpful. Place was fully stocked with all sorts of bath and grooming supplies. Photos accurately depict the property. Lovely outdoor dining area in front and cool place to sit in back. Close to many restaurants. We would definitely return!
