The real property is sparse and very few amenities, it is an average to below average property it was fine for not planning on spending any time there and just a place to sleep.
Hubby, daughter and I came up for a long weekend to ski. Place was easy to find and get in and out of, reasonable distance to the town of Grand Lake and also Granby.
We were gone most of the day time, but no complaints for our evenings and mornings. We didn't eat many meals there so not sure how the kitchen utensils goes, but it had everything we did need. Would absolutely stay there again!
We enjoyed our stay although I believe the fees were not justified for the rental due to the oddly shaped property (like a circle divided into 6 wedges). The space between the bedroom wall and one side of the bed is narrow. I stubbed my baby toe twice on the corner of the bed frame trying to access my side of the bed. I didn’t anticipate the bed frame going to the floor without space for my foot.
In spite of my critical review I do appreciate the use of your property. Thank You
All was so clean and in perfect condition. There was nothing that we didn’t have when needed. It was such a nice place. The owner was very attentive to any questions we might’ve had.
Lovely property conveniently located between Grand Lake and Granby. We were easily able to take advantage of the tourist-y Grand Lake as well as a normal food store in Granby, the City Market. Very quiet with a pool and small owners-only restaurant nearby. The cottage was very clean and had everything we wanted, i.e., full-size refridgerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, etc. The perfect size for four adults but would not accommodate more than that. Please note, the cottage does not have air conditioning but that is not needed at that altitude. We stayed during the record heat wave in July, 2021 and simply opened the windows at night as the overnight low was in the lower 50s. Altogether, we will definitely stay again - assuming the property is available. I suspect it's highly desirable and not frequently available.
The cabin was cute, quaint and very clean. Great location. Netflix was included on the tv which was great for my kids in the morning. Everything you need for a great stay! Owner is very responsive.
This is a wonderful cabin just down the road from Rocky Mountain National Park. The amenities are great. It's clean, up to date, comfortable and quiet. The owners are very helpful. I would highly recommend.
Although there’s not much around the property, we were provided with a few of the basic necessities ! The washer and dryer was great, having some laundry detergent was even better !! Kitchen utensils and being able to cook because we were provided the pots and pans !!
This condo is very nice, well kept, and comfortable. We had a hard time finding it at first, but the owner was very easy to reach and helped us get there quickly. Thank you!
Good location for outdoor activities, access to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake. Condo had everything you need and was very clean. Quiet location.
