Excellent view good location but dated

Excellent view in a good location but dated with only fair fixtures so do not expect upscale or new. Beds not comfortable. Had to pick up and return keys to office in Nice central so extra steps to check in and out. Wi-Fi costs extra and provided by temp travel Wi-Fi box but none were available until the day following check in even though it was reserved and prepaid in advance. Nice building but unit needs a refresh. Enjoyed our stay nevertheless.

Lage gut, Wohnung sehr herunter gekommen

Die Agentur war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung jedoch absolut herunter gekommen und schmutzig. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern waren verklebt und nicht zu öffnen, Klimaanlage defekt, Geschirr unsauber und keine vernünftigen Töpfe und Pfannen, etc. vorhanden. Silberfischchen überall, Dusche schimmelt, Matratze schmutzig Preis und Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis
