This beautiful apartment of 60 m2 completely renovated, and located on the 1st floor of a small stone building in the district of La Madeleine, is close to all amenities, it is an ideal pied-à-terre to discover the city of Vannes and its surroundings.

Day side:
It consists of a bright living room, living room with a dining table and chairs, sofa, coffee table and TV.
- A fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, etc...

Important: You can also book for 2 additional people if you plan a stay with family or friends the apartment which is located on the same landing its "little sister the madeleine" which can accommodate 2 people.

As always with Cocoonr, your apartment is ready to live: your bed is made on arrival, towels are provided and you have wifi access included in the price of your reservation.
We also offer you some coffee capsules to enjoy your Nespresso coffee maker immediately.
Starter kit oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, coffee capsules, tea, herbal teas, dishware product, sponge, toilet paper, sopalin, shower gel, hand soap and shampoo are provided for the beginning of your stay.

Parking spaces nearby, hotel quality bed linen and towels included.
Your bed will be made when you arrive.

The accommodation is ideally located in the Madeleine district with all the amenities that are within walking distance. There is a supermarket less than 150 m away and a large supermarket with its shopping center 6 min by car.

The market:
A large market Place des Lices at 850 m, on Wednesdays and Saturdays under the market halls where you will find fresh fish and quality products. A small oyster merchant is set up every Sunday in Place Lyautey.

Visits:
Vannes, the ancient city of the dukes of Brittany, perfectly combines a heritage rich in history and the beauties of the Gulf of Morbihan. Its historic heart is an ideal place to stroll and taste the authentic charm of this city of art and history.

The Gulf Islands, Legend has it that there are as many islands in the Gulf of Morbihan as there are days in the year. In reality, there are about fifty of them, including two communes, Île-d'Arz and Île-aux-Moines. Let yourself be tempted by the change of scenery, the calm and by a preserved nature!

Another stop not to be missed is the small port of Le Bono and its suspension bridge which has preserved its authenticity. This beautiful port, located near Auray, is a real pleasure for those who love the picturesque. You will discover wild landscapes of rare beauty by taking the coastal paths of more than 8 km.

Transportation:
-The SNCF Train Station is 4 km away, less than 10 minutes by car.
It is better to have a vehicle to discover the Gulf of Morbihan but it is not mandatory to have a good stay in Vannes.
-Bus from Line 2 Kicéo station.
-To rent a car: the Europcar agency at the train station

For the well-being and tranquility of all the occupants, we ask you to respect the calm of the place and the following rules:

- The accommodation does not have the necessary facilities to accommodate a baby

Optional self-catering arrival: Access to accommodation is from 4:00 pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a launderette located around 2 km by car or 750 m on foot from the accommodation. ATTENTION: This launderette closes at 9:00 pm, but remains accessible to our guests 24 hours a day.
