Perfect place to spend a holiday
We had a great time in this very pleasant house where everything you could want was available. Very friendly host who was most forthcoming, quick to answer all our questions in perfect English and solve any little problem that occurred. Could certainly recommend a stay here.

Pierre , was a great host always available to any questions we had , very fast responsive and efficient . property in great shape and clean , full kitchen with everything you will need , bedrooms are big and spacious with super clean washrooms , near Benitatchel - Javea - Moraira easy access to activities and restaurants in the area, quiet and safe. we will be back for sure Definitely recommend to rent this property you won't be disappointed .

Superbes vacances !
Une semaine de vacances parfaites au calme. La maison est très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire et décoré avec goût. La maison est la piscine très propre. Tout est conforme aux photos. L’hôte Pierre est super sympa, réactif et toujours prêt à communiquer des informations utiles sur les environs. Nous conseillons fortement cette location.

Villa aux nombreux atouts
La situation géographique de la villa est intéressante pour visiter les environs . Elle dispose d’une belle piscine et d’un jardin,très bien entretenus. A l’intérieur , tout le confort et l’équipement sont réunis. Et pour terminer , le propriétaire Pierre est aux petits soins , on sent qu’il a à cœur que nos vacances se passent bien !

Excellente vacances en famille. La maison-piscine est parfaite, propre et bien entretenue, les propriétaires étaient disponibles et très réactifs. Je ne peux que conseiller cette location. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympa et l'arrivée comme le départ sont très bien organisés.

Vacances Espagnoles réussies
Maison conforme aux photos. Pierre a toujours été là pour donner des conseils sur les plages et les marchés et les visites. Nous avons eu très chaud, il faudra vraiment penser à mettre la climatisation dans les chambres au minimum. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Wie waren im August da, es war alles sehr schön und sauber, der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war mega, da gibt es 5 Sterne ⭐️ + Die Lage ist ok, aber zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist es schon weit kurz mal was besorgen ist eher schlecht Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet nur die Küche könnte evt etwas mehr Geschirr haben Aber alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Super séjour en famille !
La maison est conforme aux photos , bien équipée , literie très confortable ainsi qu'une belle piscine. Idéalement située proche Javea et Moraira quartier très calme. Pierre est toujours disponible et réactif. Je recommande vivement cette location et y reviendrai sans hésitation pour passer d'excellents moments en famille.

Une excellente semaine de vacances
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa. La procédure d'arrivée m'a été envoyée par le propriétaire et répétée la veille, la maison est exactement comme les photos, propre, très fonctionnelle, les équipements sont de qualité et la piscine....parfaite. La localisation est également très bien car nous sommes a moins de 10km de Javea, Moraira, 17km de Denia, au coeur du cap de la Nau. Le propriétaire a toujours été très dispo avec des conseils sur des zones a visiter ou des marchés par exemple. Je ne peux que recommander cette location, allez y les yeux fermés, aucune déception possible !

Maison conforme à l annonce. Très bien située, dans un lotissement à une dizaine de km de la coté. Maison bien équipée, piscine agréable et propre. Petits points négatifs , vis à vis relativement important avec la maison de droite (la haie venait juste d'être coupée avant notre arrivée) et le bruit de la route. Nous le savions mais les nuits sont très chaudes et l installation de la climatisation dans les chambres serait bien utile. Le propriétaire est très réactif et la procédure d'arrivée est très bien expliquée. Nous avons passé un bon séjour et nous pourrions louer à nouveau cette maison.
