My husband and I have been owners in Serenata since 2016. We love the sense of community with the overall property being smaller. The pool and exercise room are a very short walk, not like larger properties when you need to load up your car and drive to those amenities. The condo is spacious with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, nice size kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit as well. Many people return year and after year which is a testament to a great place to vacation! The restaurants and shopping are in walking distance and if you like larger retail the UTC Mall is not far down the road with a plethora of stores to choose from. Love the location for proximity to the Bradenton/Sarasota airport - a five minute car ride...so many reasons to give this place a try, we love it!

What makes this property unique
This property is an end unit and has a nice lake view for sunsets. The unit is very spacious, tvs in all of the bedrooms and an extra large tv in the family room. We have done many upgrades and it has a wonderful sense of feeling like home!
