We have been coming to this resort for many years. We are extremely familiar with the property. Unfortunately, when we got to the room the fireplace was blaring for an unknown amount of time. The room must have been over 90 degrees. We opened the windows and turned the fireplace off, but the residual heat was coming out for hours. We slept with the front door open. I sent a message to alert the owner and heard nothing back. Next day the resort lost all power due to a fire in the area. There was no communication from the hotel. We didn’t know if we should pack up and run for our lives or not. We contacted friends in the area for guidance and decided to stay.
The larger of the two pools got progressively greener as the days went by. We inquired with the management and they said they were working on it. At least the pool with the waterside was open for the kids. But overall we were not confident with the dirtiness and did outdoor activities in the area.
Came back to the room and was looking for a can opener only to find mouse poop in the drawer. So, we decided to come home a day early. So sad this trip had so many issues.

Very nice, quiet, comfortable room in a well laid out resort. We loved the views of the pine trees in the mornings and the nice size of the kitchen. Great resort for families. We loved the open lobby and the layout of the workout facility. Golf course is kept in great shape and bike rentals are easy for a nice ride up the truckee river to Tahoe or to the Olympic Village. The only downside to the resort is the $80 a day resort/parking fee which is a money grab and the food/restaurant options offer little value. Great room, bring the family...
Everline resort and spa is a beautiful place to stay while you are visiting the Tahoe,Truckee, and Palisades Tahoe area. Amenities are great and the location is near many things to do in the area. This listing is very good and met all of our needs. It was easy to communicate with the owner and she responded quickly. I would highly recommend this Place. Thank you!
The resort is beautiful, check in with EC and the weather was great. The condo is in need of upgrading since all the furniture is old and rather shabby. We had problems the first night getting the air conditioning working properly, which required two engineers to service us. Also, the room is situated next to the staff elevator, which wasn’t always quiet. Otherwise, it was a lovely day and worth the price from VRBO as compared to whatever line resort would charge for a room.
Great location for access to lifts and resort amenities. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Sylvia was nice and available to help resolve issues. The main downside of this unit is the bedroom is right up against the staff service elevators and staff supply room, it gets noisy starting at 6am and continues through the day. This impacted our sleep and our vacation. We feel the listing should state this, we would not have rented if we had known this in advance. There are also issues with the hotel. This unit is a privately owned condo in a hotel and is managed by the hotel staff who seem less invested and less knowledgeable about serving private units, service was lacking. Check in was a problem - they couldn't find our reservation. Getting luggage to the room was a problem - they only took part of it. Dining was a frustrating experience, a 2 hour wait to be seated in a half empty restaurant - it's understaffed and poorly managed. The pool and hot tubs are nice but crowded with lots of little kids. On the positive side, the lobby and views are beautiful, the mountain and meadow are amazing, the chairlift is really close, and the ski valet is a nice service that works fairly well.
Fantastic ski-in, ski-out location, wonderful accommodations.
The amenities of the Everline are superb! We were there during a huge storm and everything we needed was at the resort. Most of the ski area was closed due to high winds, but we were able to ski the resort access chair and it was wonderful terrain. The unit surpassed our expectations. I would go back! Thanks!
It was a perfect location! The unit was a great size with plenty of room. I was visiting my daughter while working remotely so there was plenty of room to work from the kitchen table (there was also a nice desk set up in the master bedroom). The resort was decorated for the holidays and was stunning. I loved the fitness center. I brought my 12lb golden doodle. I think she enjoyed it as much as I did. I think all the employees as Everline gave her hugs and cuddles. Syvlia, was absolutely wonderful about answering my questions! I would be happy to stay again!
Family wedding with 150 people staying at the resort and we all enjoyed it with all the amenities and ease of use getting around the property. Great staff at the wedding and dinner.
Husband and I brought the grandkids (aged 5 & 7) for a ski and snow play vacay. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us, location was awesome for snow play and swimming. Sylvia was absolutely great in responding when it was bedtime and there were no linens for the pullout sofa bed. Having a kitchenette to take care of breakfast and fixing lunch was a real plus.
I absolutely will book this place again next winter!
I was surprised how much this felt like home. Usually when you go to a hotel you are expecting the hotel experience, this wasn't the case. It was the best of both worlds.
Great property and location, with an excellent and highly accommodating property manager -- Sylvia! My family and I loved our stay and can't wait to comeback soon.
It felt like a resort stay but through VRBO. That means it had all the benefits of a resort, but all of the higher costs as well. The ad was clear on those costs though (parking and resort fee), so that wasn't a surprise. But the amenities were and we really enjoyed our stay. Also, the property manager called the day before to ask if we wanted to cancel due to the oncoming storm. I really appreciate their proactive call on that. We'll definitely stay here again.

Curtains in bedroom were broken. I called maintenance to come and fix them, but they never came. Also, did not know that 'ski-in' option from Olympic village was not available due to Red Dog chair being down.
