Gravina Resort: 2-family house "Villa 27", semi-detached, built in 2010. In a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 2 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'000 m2, swimming pool (70 m2, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 31.Mar. - 27.Oct.). In the complex: reception, internet access, WiFi. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, bus stop 15 km, sandy beach 2 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. The Residence is located within a natural park, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, the buildings are camouflaged among the unmistakable granite rocks that characterize this stretch of coast, preserving the surrounding nature.

Schönes Haus/gute Lage, aber Optimierungsbedarf
Die Costa Paradiso ist immer wieder eine Reise Wert. Sehr schöne Haus-Architektur, viel Platz und eine traumhafte Lage inmitten roter Granitfelsen mit grüner Macchia. Gepflegter Zustand des Hauses/Gartens/Pools. Gute Betten/Matratzen Mängel: Pool- und Außenbeleuchtung erst ab 21.08 Uhr, obwohl ab 20.00 Uhr Dunkelheit billigstes Besteck in ungenügender Anzahl, nicht ausreichend Gläser vorhanden Klimaanlage tropft (Wand feucht und Tür aufgequollenes Holz) unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption

Traumhafter Ausblick
Die Villa war genau wie beschrieben. Ein absoluter schöner Ausblick aufs Meer. Abends ist es sehr ruhig. Wunderbar zum Relaxen. Der Pool ist großartig. Betten waren sehr bequem. Leihwagen ist notwendig. Supermarkt und Restaurants in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch die Wildschweine kommen einen ab und an abends besuchen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Sardinen auch dank dieser Unterkunft. Wir können sie 100% weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft, der Service war klasse, das Haus sehr gemütlich und sauber, ein sehr schöner Pool, alles bestens.

Erholsame Ferien in Wilder Natur.
Wir haben wunderbare ruhige Ferien in der wilden Natur Sardiniens verbracht. Das Haus liegt an einer wunderschönen Lage mit einem fantastischen Aussicht. Ein Auto istBedingung da die Anlage an einem Felshang ist und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas weiter entfernt sind. Das Einrichtung des Hauses könnte noch verbessert werden. Die zur verfügung gestellte Elektrogeräte konnte nicht eingesteckt werden da die Stecker nicht zur den Steckdosen passten. Eine Abstellfläche für Bad Utensilien währe kein Luxus. Im Schlafzimmer fehlt ein Stuhl. Die Schlafzimmer Kleiderschränke sind mit einer Höhe von 220 cm etwas hoch geraten, vor allem wenn die Kleiderstange auch zuoberst hängt. Etwas mehr Besteck und Gläser währen auch kein Luxus es ist wie abgezählt für für die Anzahl Mieter man muss nach jedem Essen Abwaschen um wieder saubere Gläser zu haben. Alles in Allem aber ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus in wunderschöner Natur.

Grosse und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, TV + WLan vorhanden. Sehr ruhig gelegen, Meeresblick von der Dachterrasse aus. Pool war ebenfalls sehr sauber. Grill wurde fleissig genutzt. Wichtig; Fahrzeug zwingend, da das Ferienhaus auf der Anhöhe liegt und Einkaufsmöglichkeit und das Meer doch recht weit zu Fuss ist. Viele Wildschweine und Katzen, stören aber absolut nicht. TV nur italienische Sender und wenige Franzosen-Sender. Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.
