For shared use: property 10 ha with plants and trees, orchard, courtyard. Garden furniture. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra), heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Heerlijk vakantiehuis op mooie locatie

We hebben hier met 8 personen een heerlijke vakantie week gehad in een fantastische omgeving. Strand, stadje en openbaarvervoer op 15 minuten lopen. Rustige locatie met mooi vergezicht. Hetgeen ontbreekt is een WIFI

bezauberndes Haus, ein wenig aus der Zeit gefallen

Es gibt 2 Anwesen; für Hausnr. 3 folgt man am besten den Geodaten - der Schlüsselhalter ist sehr liebenswert, spricht aber nur italienisch. Eine Hochzeitsfeier auf dem Gelände, ab 0:30 Uhr konnte man schlafen Stilvoll eingerichtet, Küche mit tollen Geräten ausgestattet - der Schrankinhalt lässt aber nur einfache Gerichte zu. Was uns fehlte: Wasserkocher, Mixer, Pürierstab oder Mörser, Topflappen, Mückennetze, Sitzauflagen; intakte Liegen (alle defekt); Ventilatoren für alle Schlafräume.

Schönes Haus, schöne Innenräume und historische Möblierung. Tolle Lage zum Meer als auch die Umgebung mit historischen Villen und Parkanlage. Nicht gefallen · Die Anfahrt war miserabel, das Haus ist an einer ganz anderen Stelle als die Fotos suggerieren. Das ist eigentlich Betrug, da man annimmt in diesem historischen Ensemble zu sein. mooi groot huis

Het huis ligt in een mooie omgeving en is van alle gemakken voorzien. pluspunten : luxe/ goede bedden / rustig gelegen. Minpunten Te weinig koppen/mokken voor de hoeveelheid personen. Water in bad is te koud (boiler??) Moeilijk te vinden omdat de nummering van de straat heel vreemd loopt. Locatie is aan het eind van Via Lazio en niet aan begin van via Chiesa Sante Stefano deze begint met nr 7 Ook Google maps geeft het verkeerd door.

Schöne Umgebung, Matrazen bitte austauschen

Die Wohnlage ist sehr schön, ruhig, egtl. Oase mitten in der Stadt. Zu bemängeln ist eher die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Die Duschvorhänge sind ekelig und die Duschablagen überaltert und angerostet. Bitte dringend austauschen!

Zweifamilienurlaub

Leider war die Unterkunft etwas schlecht geputzt. Die Küchenausstattung lässt auch etwas zu wünschen übrig, z. B. nur fünf Kaffeetasse. Mit wenig Aufwand könnte man das Haus wirklich toll herrichten. Die Lage ist absolut top und Flair hat das Haus allemal.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage - Ausstattung tlw. mangelhaft

Das große und auch schöne Haus befindet sich auf einem tollen Gelände (weitläufiger Park). Zum Meer (Kies/ dunkler Sand, auch kostenfreier Zugang zum Strand, sehr schönes sauberes Wasser) sind es 5 Min mit dem Auto. Im und am Haus fehlt es leider an Einigem bzw. es wird nicht gut instand gehalten: Terassenmöbel tlw. kaputt, nur 2 Liegen ohne Auflagen, Tisch reicht auch nicht wirklich für 8. Besteck, Gläser u.a zu knapp für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten, Töpfe und Pfannen in tlw. desolatem Zustand usw. Das ist schade und schmälert den Gesamteindruck und die Bewertung. Abends wird im Sommer in der höher gelegenen Villa häufiger bis in die Nacht gefeiert (Hochzeiten u.a. Veranstaltungen) - das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Vermieter/Ansprechpartner sprach nur italienisch (kein Englisch) das war etwas schwierig für Erstkontakt am Telefon und evt. Nachfragen.
