Casa Verde

We stay here while in town to watch a friends son play college baseball. This house worked great for us. Neighborhood was quiet, water was hot, house was clean and we enjoyed it for the price.

Great Spot

I used this property for somewhere to stay during a medical procedure and everything was perfect. Plenty of towels, dishes and other paper goods. Located in a quiet neighborhood.

Good for Short Rental -

House was clean and in an ok neighborhood. We stayed for 10 days and were very surprised that there was only one closet in the entire house (master bedroom). Back bedroom only has a cabinet (higher than eye level, full of Christmas decorations) and front bedroom has an armoire that was full of blankets and had no clothes rod. Bought hangars and made it work but not ideal. Also bought table knives as there were only 2.

Cozy Getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. It's nice to have a place, not an impersonal hotel stay, where you can relax and have the house to yourselves. Great Stay!!

Watch out!!!!!

The listing showed it had 2 twins & 1 queen in the front bedroom & it ended up only having 2 twins. There were ants everywhere in the master bath (in the shower, under the cabinet, on the walls & in the sink. There were a nasty sheet pan & dirty dishes in the drawer under the oven. We arrived & the ac was broke & not working. It was 76 degrees in the house. We didn’t have ac for 3/4 days of our stay. The light fixture in the front bathroom was completely broke. The smoke detector started chirping & woke us up at 4am the first night we stayed. The beds were nailed to the windows so we couldn’t open the windows in the bedrooms for fresh air, so it was very hot. The bushes by the driveway are so over grown that it scratched our cars & made us have to park half way in the front yard because it took up half the driveway. Most of the windows either didn’t open or didn’t have screens on the outside where we could open them for fresh air.

Cute little house with bad beds!

The only thing they need is some creamer for the coffee and new mattresses. The two twin beds are child size. My son is 6'4" and weighs about 300 lbs. He was miserable. My grandson is 6'2" and weighs 250 lbs. He tried to sleep on the other twin bed and ended up sleeping on the couch - not good! I slept in the master. The mattress is horrible. Please invest in new beds.
