The gate code provided didn't work, even when security tried it. They let us in but said they would only do that once and that we needed to contact the management company. So I called them several times left voicemails, texted and emailed but never got a response the entire week.We were stuckuntil a neighbor shared their code so we could go out and get groceries the first night. We ended up having to use it all week. Also I paid for the pool tobe heated but it was 61 degrees when we arrived. I finally got a response from the management company the day we got home and they said we probably entered the code wrong but I told them even security tried it. The excuse for not returning my calls, email, voicemails and texts was that it probably went to spam...really??? They didn't offer an excuse for why the pool wasn't heated and didn't respond to my request for a refund. The absolute worst experience ever with a VRBO rental. House was great even though there was minor maintenence needed. We enjoyed going to the resort oool, which was heated.needed
