Perfect property!

The home was exactly as described, clean with all amenities. We loved the small astroturf yard, wonderful for sitting out at night and enjoying a glass of wine. Patrick, the host, responded promptly anytime we needed to contact him.

Outstanding property!!

This home was perfect for us! Clean, bright, so well decorated! The kitchen was very substantial, which was important to us for meal prep, as our grandkids spent much of the daytime with us. They had a large yard to run around in and a back yard with picnic table. Patrick responded to our texts almost immediately--he is such a gracious host! Kathleen

Wonderful home!

We were so pleased with everything about this home! As we were staying in town quite awhile to watch our grandkids, we needed a "real home". And, this place had all that we needed to make it feel like home. There is great yard space, picnic table, many cooking pots/pans, dishes, silverware, as well as comfortable inside spaces. We have stayed at other VRBO's during our travels, not always finding them comfortable, but this was a delightful experience!

Perfect spot to visit Denver - short or long term!

I moved from Chicago to Denver and needed a place to stay for a couple months while house hunting. I booked a stay having no idea what to expect about the neighborhood or area etc. I really hit the jackpot staying here, what a stroke of luck! Everything was perfect for my stay. I felt completely comfortable and safe. I also had my dogs with me, and the yard was such a treat! The backyard has a beautiful sunshine painted on the garage that lights up at sunset, just beautiful! The owners are also just the best! Super responsive, friendly and all around nice folks! It was the perfect introduction to Colorado!

Fantastic, dog friendly home in Denver

I was able to visit Denver for a little over a month this summer. Patrick and Lauren were wonderful hosts! They were very accommodating and helpful. The house was clean and nicely furnished. The location made it very easy to get to any part of the city. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Great for travel nurses

My bestie and I stayed here while on a travel assignment for a nursing job in Parker. It was perfect for the 2 of us and our 2 cats. Everything you need is there from shampoo and conditioner, to all kitchen ware, and great air-conditioning. The neighbors around the area are extremely welcoming and looked out for us! We were very thankful to have such a nice place to stay for 8 weeks and would 100% come back again.

Cozy and private

Looking for a great location to downtown and have everything you need for a great long term stay, this is the place for you! From reserving to leaving, the owner was super responsive to questions and needs. I was fascinated by the myriad of architectural styles in the neighborhood..the history of Clayton..the RTD station is close by...the Museum of Nature and Science...City Park..the Zoo...Stanley Marketplace a short drive and much more. If you have a pet...the fenced in yard is a big plus. So I give this 5 stars all around....and very reasonably priced. Enjoy!

Great Month in Colorado!

My friend/coworker and I wanted a change of scenery, and we found this gem for our month in Colorado! The location is great — close to downtown/other hotspots and easy access to the highway. The area around City Park (where this house is) is kind of weird; I never felt unsafe, but it’s in a phase of development where it’s partially gentrified and partially run down. Again, not unsafe just kind of weird. Parking was easy. The house has updated appliances, plenty of seating, a coffee maker, washer/dryer, and even came with a starter bag of coffee and a welcome basket with snacks. We loved the backyard for morning coffee and evening cocktails. I recommend this place! Wish I could’ve rented it for a year!

Very convenient location. Nice and clean space. Friendly neighbors!

My son and I stayed for about a month with our small dog. The location worked out perfectly for us. We had to drive to Downtown Denver and back everyday. It was a quick drive Downtown and the Cherry Creek Shopping area is also pretty close. The neighbors are very friendly and I felt safe walking my dog every morning and evening. I parked our car in front of the property daily— the street parking was right out front. Super easy and convenient. We had a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again. The space is clean and well maintained with very helpful and responsive hosts. We were able to do laundry on site which was a huge convenience. The bathroom is tidy and well designed and the shower-head was nice and tall (we are tall and don’t love short showers)— the tub was also a good size for soaking in. The kitchen was well organized and we cooked the majority of our meals here as well. It is a very functional space for an extended stay.
