Luxury Paradise Apartment

We purchased this home from actor Vincent D'Onofrio in 2018. This suite is like an In-Law suite. Separate and private from the rest of the home. You will have a large master suite including a King size bed with a brand new mattress purchased on 10/30/2023, a spacious custom bathroom, a microwave, mini fridge , coffee maker and a BBQ grill just outside.
Outdoors you have a screened in private lanai. Out on your patio you have a HOT TUB and Barbeque grill and plenty of privacy in the back yard also. Nearby you have all the beaches, fishing, kayaking, sailing and tiki bars and waterside restaurants that South West Florida has to offer. Enjoy the tropical weather without leaving to USA.

Paradise says it all!

Arrived late at night ..and in the rain...The garage door was up and the lights were blazing...making it really easy to see the Orange Cone Gary had mention that I was to park behind. The place was clean and exactly as ,described in the VRBO. There was water in the Fridge, There were beach items for my use. The Lanai was great since I had rain nearly all the time....as was the Hot Tub!! Gary was great about responding both prior to my stay and during my stay! The bed was wonderful...I slept better than at home!! Unfortunately, due to Hurricane Milton, I felt I needed to leave a day earlier than I was schedule to leave. BUT, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there....and, will return in the Spring! Sanibela Island is a "sheller's" heaven!! Thank you so much for sharing Paradise!! blazblazinbmakin g making it really easy

Great Stay!

Thank you, Gary and Damarys for the great accommodations. The room was extremely clean and the bed was super comfy! It was also stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the chairs available for our day at the beach (which was very close by). There are many delicious restaurants nearby as well. We look forward to coming back again!

It was a nice get away. Quite neighborhood, easy access to resturants and entertainment. Pleasant and comfortable room. There was a real coffee pot which made life bettre, I like my coffee. Lots of extras provided for your comfort.

Cute rental in nice location.

My son and his girlfriend stayed during their visit to Fort Myers. They liked the area and the room. The only thing they noticed is that they said there was no cold water. Maybe just the way Florida water is, not sure. They would stay again.

Perfect love nest vacay!

Down to every little detail, this place is couple perfect . The only issue was one morning the adjoining house was very loud at 6:15 am and woke us. Other than that, this was a great stay and I would recommend it and Fin’s Restaurant close by..

Better than a hotel! First floor, no steps Hot tub crystal clear

Perfect bed, shower, garden tub inside, Television, Internet, Hot Tub right outside your door. Lil fridge, micro, coffee pot plastic wear, mugs, wine glasses. We stayed for 2 weeks, and was thankful to return here at each days end. I would recommend for 2 people.

Great place - Great host

A friend and I stayed here for about 5 days and we were very happy with the property. It was exactly as described and very clean. Hot tub was great. They even had beach towels after we forgot ours! Best perk of the whole trip was that Gary let us use the main pool for a day. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls Vacation

I stayed with my friend for a girls vacation. It was very very nice, clean, comfy and close to everything. My only criticism is the TV did not work properly....could not get clear reception on anything but 2 channels. Other than the TV it was perfect and a great place to stay. I would stay there again for sure!!

Nice but kind of tired

The rental was find for our purposes. We were visiting family and the location was good. There could be better instructions in the welcome book. Lots of light switches that don’t seem to have a function and we couldn’t figure out how to keep the ceiling fan on without the light. I am not sure of the purpose of the barbecue as you certainly couldn’t cook anything there. There’s a toaster and a coffee maker but only plastic forks, no spoons and I think one or two knives. The hot tub is old and the jets aren’t very strong. But as I said, it was clean and suited our purposes. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable

The property was exactly as described! Very clean with some extras! We had a wonderful time. The hot tub was very relaxing! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Only complaint is the main light (ceiling fan) in the room has only one working bulb.
