Private: natural state property 650 m2 (fenced). Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "La Coudoulière" 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, Calanques Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Iles des Embiez, Bendor, Porquerolles. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in SIX FOURS LES PLAGES, 3 km.
4-room villa 88 m2 on 2 levels, west facing position. Spacious and bright, renovated in 2013, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen), DVD. Exit to the garden, to the veranda. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Location idéale, aussi avec un chien

Une grande maison très bien située et idéale avec un animal de compagnie. Nous avons eu énormément de plaisir à séjourner dans cette location et avons déjà prévu d'y revenir l'année prochaine. Seul petit défaut, la porte/le volet en bois donnant sur la terrasse est difficile à fermer à clé. Petit conseil: prenez un adaptateur pour les prises électriques (prise à deux trous seulement).

Es war sauber, hat alles funktioniert, Sicherungen die 1x ausgefallen waren auch gefunden, super Erklärung aller Geräte im Haus. Das einzige was uns geplagt hat war der Wind aber für das Wetter kann ja Niemand. Also wir haben es genossen. Internet und TV hatten wir nicht genutzt, deshalb kann ich dazu keine Angaben machen.

Wir kommen wieder.

„Die Nähe zum Meer und die Aussicht ist ein klares plus der Unterkunft. Auch der Wintergarten ist eine grosse Bereicherung. Badezimmer und die Küche sind gut ausgestattet. Allerdings ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf der Renovierung. Es macht insgesamt einen schnuddeligen Eindruck, auch der Garten sieht verwahrlost aus. Wir kommen trotzdem wieder.“

Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem nur für Viertelbewohner zugänglichen Wohnviertel nahe am Strand. Vom Balkon und von der Terrasse hat man einen Blick direkt auf das Meer. Nur aus dem Gartentor kurz die Anwohnerstraße überqueren und schon ist man an einem kleinen Strand. (Größere Strandabschnitte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.) Küche und Bad des Hauses sind neu und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer verfügen teilweise über elektrische Rolladen. Nur der Garten ist etwas lieblos.

eine schöne Woche in traumhafter Lage

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Ob vom verglasten Balkon oder dem Wintergarten, der Meerblick ist fantastisch. Auch der kurze Weg zum Strand, die fußläufigen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Ruhe haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigt haben. Während Küche und Bad wie neu renoviert wirken, muss man allerdings wissen, dass der Rest des Hauses noch einen alten Charme hat.

Baulärm.....

Lage top mit Aussicht aufs Meer. Grosser Umschwung ums Haus. Altes Haus. Bad in gutem Zustand. Küche gut bis befriedigend - Rest höchstens noch befriedigend. Bettmatratze im Hauptschlafzimmer sehr gut. Während unseren 2 Ferienwochen waren 3 Nachbarn daran, Bauarbeiten an ihren Häusern auszuführen. Dadurch Baulärm währen des Tages und zeitweise war die Zufahrt zum Haus durch Fahrzeuge von Baufirmen eingeengt. Nie mehr Ferien im Wohnquartier!!!

Kleines Paradies

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit allem was man sich wünscht. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand, Sicht auf das Meer und auch wenn es Stürmt kann man schön auf der geschützten Terrasse sitzen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und durch Schranken ins Quartier sehr sicher. Alles für eine unbesorgte Zeit. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter für diese tolle Möglichkeit Urlaub zu machen.

Once is not enough

Voor ons een terugkeer naar een bekende locatie. Het staat garant voor een uiterst aangenaam verblijf. Zeker in de moeilijke omstandigheden die we in 2020 meemaken. Je bent weg van de massa en hebt alle nodige winkeltjes in de buurt en een keuze aan strandjes, allemaal op (redelijke) loopafstand. Hier 1 keer verblijven is niet genoeg !

Haus am Meer

Die Nähe zum Meer/ Strand ist super, man kann schwimmen gehen, wann immer man möchte. Vom 2. Stock aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Der Garten war leider etwas ausgetrocknet. Das Städtchen Sanary ist sehr hübsch und hat einen tollen Markt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus ist gemütlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der naturbelassene Garten wird durch die modernen und bequemen Gartenmöbel aufgewertet. Kompliziertes, unübersichtliches Schlüsselsystem - Schlüssel sind nicht gekennzeichnet. Küche: Kaffemaschine defekt. Badezimmer: Duschtrennwand schmutzig und Boden in der Dusche verkalkt.Spiegelbeleuchtung defekt.

Gepflegtes Haus, modern eingerichtet und tolle Lage

Das Haus liegt 50 Meter von einem sehr kleinen Strand, das hat den Vorteil, daß man dort sehr ungestört baden kann. Das Haus liegt in einer Anlage mit zentralem Tor, so daß man dort wirklich viel Ruhe hat. Die sehr moderne Einrichtung von Bad und Küche war hochwertig. Es gibt eine Veranda die überdacht ist und bei Bedarf komplett geschlossen werden kann. Das ist im Hochsommer vielleicht nachteilig, aber in der Nebensaison bei Sturm und Regen nur von Vorteil. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und gute Restaurant liegen fußläufig. Besonders ist hier das Riviera III im Nachbarort Brusc zu erwähnen. Hier wird wirklich die Haute Cusine gepflegt und man darf etwas anderes erwarten als von den vielen Touristenrestaurants. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Es gab keinen Korkenzieher, was in Frankreich eigentlich eine Todsünde ist :-)

Ein sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Haus, sauber und gemütlich, herrliches Panorama. Leider waren die Palme und das Blumenbeet nicht mehr vorhanden. Vielleicht sollte vor Ort ein Gärtner engagiert werden, der die Außenanlagen in Schuss hält und auch regelmäßig bewässert, da alles doch ziemlich ausgetrocknet war. Ansonsten konnten wir dort einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbringen. Die Lage zum Meer ist einmalig :-))

accueil très agréable du personnel lors de la remise des clés (cette maison étant en effet gèré par un pro) maison très bien localisée qui optimise les atouts des lieux et qui aurait méritée 5 étoiles mais je met un bémol sur la politique tarifaire ou tout se rajoute : linge de toilettes, draps, wifi (si, si, même le wifi est payant), ménage obligatoire (multiplié par le nombre de personnes) à des coûts qui se situent vraiment dans la fourchette haute pour ces catégories de prestations
