Tom's property is a very comfortable and cozy place for a group. The kitchen is well organized for preparing food for a larger group. The beds are particularly comfy...had the best couple nights of sleep I've had in years! I just wish we could have spent a week!
The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable with three floors of living space. The location is excellent and very close to Mt. Abrams and Sunday River. The property manager was very responsive. We had a great family vacation!
We had a relaxing week in Greenwood. The house was very comfortable and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Lots of things to do nearby with most requiring a short drive. Tom checked in with us over the week to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall an outstanding vacation and wouldn't hesitate to to rent again.
We had a great time! Tom was super communicative and the place was exactly as listed. The location is great and perfect for a ski weekend being so close to Sunday River. We would definitely stay here again!
Really enjoyed spending the holidays here with family. Beautiful cabin in very quiet location. Very close to mount abrams and short drive to Bethel. Also hiking nearby at local park. Host was also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!
This is our second year staying at this property, and we will surely be back again. It is perfect for a ski weekend. The house is beautiful and only 15 minutes from Sunday River. It has everything we could need. The driveway can sometimes be a bit slick, so snow tires or 4WD can be helpful, but honestly- my old 2WD mini van has successcully navigated it 2 years in a row, so I wouldn't sweat it if you are used to driving in New England winters.
Stayed with extended family, the place was perfect. Well kept, spacious. Everything we could ask for. Communication with the property manager was also excellent. Would stay again. A quick ride and convenient to Sunday River - for those that ski.
My wife and I got married right on Mt. Abram and this was the perfect place to stay. We could get into town quickly and get to the mountain quickly. Very clean place as well!
The log chalet was beautiful. Great location. It was secluded but just a short walk to a local coffee shop which we enjoyed very much. The nearest town was about 15 minutes away with shops, breweries and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were comfortable and our host installed air conditioners before our stay due to the unseasonably warm weather. We also made use of the canoe on the pond across from the property. We would definitely book again.
We just pulled this together one weekend while we were all on a group phone call reminiscing about our time in school together. Well the house was bigger than we had realized originally, so we were able to expand on our small group and bring together a few friends who havent seen eachother in years. It ended up being a fantastic reunion, we had great weather at Sunday river for a great day of snowboarding. And the hot tub was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. We all vowed to return to this exact house for some snowboarding next season, and maybe even some golf in the summer!
We had an excellent time at this house! Plenty of room to spread out as we were two families. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner. Location was private yet a quick drive to the mountain or restaurant locations.
We had a great time together staying at this beautiful house for our winter adventures. The owner was a delight to communicate with, the house was clean and the bedding was so soft. The hot tub was on the smaller-side but it was quick to heat up after some particularly cold snowy nights, and snow removal was speedy. Would stay again!
The house is beautiful and very cozy. The beds and sheets are of high quality unlike other rental properties. The kitchen was great for cooking and entertaining, while the fireplace added to the ambience. There's plenty of space for large groups and having three levels provided a great separation of space. I wish the hot tub could of been bigger because it only fit four people comfortably at a time but besides that, this place is near perfect.
This property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful setting, clean and stocked with everything you could need. Just bring your clothes and food. Tom is a wonderful host who is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again
Tom’s place was the perfect summer getaway spot. Spacious with serene landscaping. Great location with easy access to town beach. Hot tub was a nice amenity. We enjoyed our stay.
Enjoyed our time at your home. The Kitchen supplies were fantastic and it was great having a 2nd kitchen, particularly having an extra fridge. Enjoyed having a hot tub to use after our mtn biking rides.
Location is great for those wanting to be near mountain biking options. Mt Abrams is right there and the Bethel trails are just a short distance away. Thank you for the use of your home for a family trip!
We wanted a romantic getaway and this property helped making it come true. The house was beautiful and the location is perfect. We are secluded in the woods but with easy access to hiking, golf and fishing. The hot tub is perfectly situated to watch the stars. The house was clean and there was not any issues .Tom was a pleasure to work with and also went above and beyond providing great recommendations for restaurants and activities tailored to what we were looking for. Looking forward to working with him again. Highly recommend this house.
The place was spacious and beautiful. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub and playing cards by the fire. Tom was very accommodating and accessible. 5 stars
