ONLY ONE VEHICLE ALLOWED DURING March 1- August 15 & Labor Day Holiday. NO BOATS, NO TRAILERS, CAMPERS, DUALLIES OR OVERSIZE VEHICLES ALLOWED. This 10th floor Gulf Front 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo is located on West Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama!

Take a dip in the sparkling pool on your way to a sugar white sand beach, which is just a short boardwalk away! Direct Gulf Views from the living area and the master bedroom! Hear the waves and sip on cool drink while enjoying the private balcony! The beautiful upgrades include a tiled master shower, plus a guest soaking bathtub with tiled surround, granite counters & tile floors through out, a large living room TV, stainless appliances including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer inside the condo! The master bedrooms is equipped with a King bed and privately adjoins the master bath with a tiled walk-in shower with a seat. The guest room offers a queen bed, plus a twin over twin bunk bed.

As a guest you will have access to the beachside (seasonally heated) pool, Barbeque Grill area, and game room/fitness center. Guest under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult at fitness center. ONLY ONE VEHICLE ALLOWED DURING March 1- August 15 & Labor Day Holiday. NO BOATS, NO TRAILERS, CAMPERS, DUALLIES OR OVERSIZE VEHICLES ALLOWED.

Gulf Shore 10b

Very nice, good parking, close to elevators, near shopping and restaurants. Best part was it was on the beach.

Sunsets and fantastic views

Our stay for the month of January 2025 was surprising and fantastic! Came to kickback to enjoy sunsets and had surprising 7” of snow too! This condo has it all and Gulf Shores offers so much to see and do. Brandon’s Murder Mystery Dinner Theater was outstanding! Don’t miss it. From day trip walks around Orange Beach, Foley, Pensacola, Mobile and the beautiful Bellingrafth Gardens. So much to enjoy. The condo is very enjoyable as the pics show!

Great place and perfect views

I think this is one of the few properties that actually had great water pressure and actually hot water. The views were amazing. The place was easy to find and Pam gave great instructions on everything. Place had everything you needed. We just got away for the weekend but it was much needed and we didn’t have any issues. Thank you loved your place

Gulf views

Cute little place with great views on the gulf. Elevators were fast and not too busy. Parking is limited and tight if you have a bigger vehicle. The kitchen could use a good deep clean and furniture in the living room could be updated. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Fun times….

Very well stocked for our month long stay. The building maintenance was great! The furniture looked nice…but very uncomfortable…nothing a good chiropractor can’t fix…lol.

Great stay

Fit our family of five very well. Clean and comfortable beds. Towels were the perfect amount. Washer and dryer and full kitchen helped the stay function well. Having the pool and beach access so close was a major convenience with two boys that had differing opinions on activities. Made the days more manageable. Hope to stay again in the future.

Spring Break with kids

Loved the enclosed balcony and did not see another option like it listed in all the other condos. It was quiet and clean and the location was ideal. My only complaint was that the smart tv in the living room never would properly connect, in spite any troubleshooting, and the tv in the kids bedroom had a DVD/VCR combo (and no cable) so, of course that never worked properly. So winding down at the end of the day was a little frustrating, but overall I was pleased.

Gulf Tower 10B

It was clean and we had amenities. However, the AC filter was so clogged that the AC couldn’t keep up so we had to buy filters. Only the bedroom sliding door to patio worked. Half of the light bulbs were burnt out in unit. The master bed was so high that you had to take a running leap to get in. The living room definitely could use an update. It felt like great grandma’s house.

Wonderful time with the Family

This was a great place to stay, had everything we needed. Location, pool, and steps to the beach - we loved it. Few minor things.. elevators were slow and on the day of leaving, 1 was broke down completely so it made it hard trying to depart by 10am. We wished it had a 2nd parking spot. We had to travel down in 2 cars and had to park the 2nd car in another location. Last one, just would have liked to have a full length mirror in the condo. Overall - a wonderful place to stay!!

Condo was fine! Just as listed. Only one problem. The sliding door to the balcony didn’t lock. I called maintainance and they said they would send someone. Not sure they did.

Gulf towers 10b

Renting was easy. Very good location. Property is old. Unit was very dated. Rugs were beyond filthy. Unit needs a deep clean. And light bulbs. Dark. Master bed is very high off floor. I’m 5’3” and had to do a pole vault move and pull myself into bed. Bed is comfortable—just hard to get into. Has large drawers for frame. These are great. I probably would not rebook this unit especially for the price.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beach condo this week. We enjoyed the gorgeous views, updated kitchen and bathrooms and laundry facility. However, a few things need attention. Please replace all the lightbulbs in the ceiling fans and lamps. Many bulbs were burnt out. You may also want to invest in another remote control for the living room television. The one that was provided didn’t work with the tv. The batteries in the master bedroom remote were dead. Please replace all of the remote batteries. Another suggestion is to provide more clothes hangers for the closets. We also noticed that the top bunk guard rail was loose. You may want to tighten the screws to avoid a future fall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Fabulous condo right in the beach!

Great stay!!!

We had a great stay in Gulf Shores and will definitely be back. The management company was very nice and communicative. The property is well located. The overall building needs some love. The elevators felt a little needing of updates. The place itself is nice. The furniture in the living room might need some updating to more comfy chairs but overall was great. There is a service that you can get chairs from on the beach which is just steps from the property--very convenient. The only issue I really had was the parking situation. Our kids drove down before us and the property can't accomodate 2 cars. You only get one pass and that is strictly adhered to so if you are planning to bring 2 cars look someplace else. Overall it is a nice place and very convenient to everything.

Anniversary trip

The condo was excellent and the view amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate, except for the rain that made us miss out on a Sunset cruise! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
