PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9, 2024. Please review the important details below to help you plan your stay:
-Construction will take place daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends if required.
-Guests will likely experience construction noise and other inconveniences during these hours.
-Outdoor amenities will be closed until early June 2025, including:
-Outdoor Pool
-Outdoor Hot Tub
-Splash Pad
-Grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation.
-The indoor pool and gym will remain open during regular operating hours.
-This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation. All dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, labor availability, or supply chain issues.

With a 24-hour on-site desk, the Scenic Stays team is always available for anything you need. Features of this spectacular resort include outdoor and indoor pools (heated seasonally) and an outdoor hot tub, perfect for switching it up from the beach. A gift shop is right in the lobby, so it's easy to find souvenirs for everyone back home. Additional seasonal amenities include a splash pad, which is great for the kids in your group and beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). As soon as you enter SunDestin 1116, you see a fully equipped, renovated kitchen with a large island, perfect for preparing food after a day soaking up the sun. The kitchen overlooks the dining and living area, both with great views of the Gulf of Mexico coastline. The living area has a pull-out sofa and a large TV where you can enjoy the complimentary DVD rentals that come with your stay. The balcony has seating for two and is a front row seat to watch the sunset each evening.

With sleeping in the living room and a king size bed in the master, there’s enough room for four guests in this updated one-bedroom condo. One full bathroom and a half bath offers convenience for everyone.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Located less than four miles from the resort is Harborwalk Village, with plenty of shopping and dining. It’s a great way to spend time off the sand. But when you’re ready to head to the beach, it’s just steps away from SunDestin 1116. The whole family will have a blast here, so start planning now!
