PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9, 2024. Please review the important details below to help you plan your stay:
-Construction will take place daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends if required.
-Guests will likely experience construction noise and other inconveniences during these hours.

-Outdoor amenities will be closed until early June 2025, including:
-Outdoor Pool
-Outdoor Hot Tub
-Splash Pad
-Grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation.
-The indoor pool and gym will remain open during regular operating hours.
-This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation. All dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, labor availability, or supply chain issues.

The gorgeous conference room boasts a gorgeous space for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor splash pad, an outdoor tiki bar, along with beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).

SunDestin 1101 is a beautifully-decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath corner unit boasting sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 11th floor, this lovely unit is the perfect accommodation for every occasion.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
