"Marina View" is an open concept condo with tons of room for up to 8 guests and has both modern and natural touches for a comfortable getaway. This charming condo has amazing views of St. Joseph's Bay and epic sunsets off two decks with shopping and dining just a short walk away. The beaches of Cape San Blas and St. Joe Beach are a short drive away, and there is a city boat ramp just a half mile from the condo.!

Birthday Scallop Trip

We had an awesome time at this beautiful home for a long weekend. The location was to convenient to shops, places to eat and drink and the marina. We drove about 5-10 minutes away to rent a pontoon boat for scalloping and that’s the only time we needed a vehicle. The unit was well equipped, comfortable, clean and had attractive decor. I hope to return!

Great location, very clean property

The only reason I gave this a 4 star is the stairs! I wasn't aware the only access was up a flight of 15 stairs. My husband was recovering from ankle surgery and this was a daunting task for him. Otherwise, this is a great location for enjoying water activities! Very clean and accommodating for a large group!

Perfect location and really nice property.

We came in for Blast on the Bay and I love this location near everything and centrally located to the venues. The condo was decorated very nice with 2 balconies. 4th bedroom is bunks.

Perfect location for Marina

This is the perfect house if you’re keeping your boat at the Marina. You can walk to the Marina, grocery store and restaurant. The only drawback is the bar next door. Karaoke night was a killer, but the Friday and Saturday music was good. They shut it down early, though, so you can still get to bed if you plan on fishing the next morning. We’ve already booked it again for October.

Great location-lots of room

Nice property, easy walk to the marina, the park, the beach and to all of downtown Port St Joe. Great for music at the Haughty Heron. Be aware there are no supplies of any kind-not even salt and pepper. If you are going to eat it or drink it, bring it with you!

Wonderful Property and very nice, like new. Enjoyed the ability to walk to downtown, Marina and only twenty steps to the Haughty Heron. Was too large for just the two of us but enjoyed all of the comfort the space afforded us.

Spacious and Comfortable Bay View

Marina View easily and comfortably accommodated our family. Location was perfect for walking to the bay. The view of the bay, fountain and lighthouse from the balconies were a nice start and finish to our day. We enjoyed biking to restaurants and riding the trail through PSJ. Acoustic music from the Haughty Heron was a bonus. The drive to Mexico Beach and beach access are easy. Highly recommend kayaking at St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. Favorite restaurants and easy walk or bike ride are Sand Dollar Cafe, Joe Mama’s, Krazy Fish and Shoobies.

Convenient Location - great bay views

Marina View was modern and cute! The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants which is great. However, I didn't realize it is next door to a bar as well as another brunch type bar that does events and if you have littles which we did it can get very loud for hours into the night. So that was a con for us unfortunately. You are rig by next to a really pretty part of the bay great for kayaking and paddle boarding so that was fun! My only other negative was cleanliness. The entire floor of our unit made our feet black constantly which was unfortunate because of the furniture color - you could tell previous renters probably had the same issue due to marks all over the light colored furniture pieces. Other than that it was a well decorated quaint little place that would be perfect for someone wanting constant access to the bay and some nightlife too! Thanks for having us.

We enjoyed this property. Very clean and decorated beautifully. We did not realize how close it was to the store/bar next door which made sleeping difficult well past midnight. Plenty of space.

Perfect location for fishing. With the city dock within sight, restaurants in walking distance and the Haughty Herion next door having live music, a bar and package store or couldn’t be better. Very nice new place. Never heard the music next door at night unless I went outside. Great place

We were super happy with this property. We are from PSJ originally but wanted a “stay-cation” back home to celebrate my 40th since we live in Lynn Haven now. The area is golf cart friendly! Close to the lighthouse! We will definitely stay again!

Great location for boating

We stayed here for a weekend of scalloping and it was perfect. Those of us who didn’t take the boat to the ramp never had to get in a car the whole time. We could walk to the water and there were two restaurants/bars right at the condo as well as a grocery store easily walkable. Parking is plentiful. The condo itself is very nice and well-stocked. We hope to start renting this condo for a weekend of scalloping annually.
