Typisch italienisches Haus

Zunächst einmal vorne weg: wir sind in Italien. Hier trifft man ein typisch italienisches Haus an. Es ist sehr gepflegt genauso wie der Garten. Die Verwaltung ist zwar nur in italienische Sprache aber wir sind nun Gäste in Italien. Die Dame, die und betreut hat, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Standard am italienischen Maß gemessen ist sehr gut. Sauberkeit ist excellent. Schlecht ist Zuwegung und die Betten sind viel zu hart.

Urlaub genießen in der Toskana

Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg und der Weg dorthin finde ich halb so schlimm wie ihn manche bisher beschrieben haben. Die Hauptstraße ist neu und das kleine Stück bis zum Haus ist ein Kiesweg, der aber gut zu bewältigen ist. Das Haus liegt schön abgeschieden in einer Privatstraße. Es ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Das nahegelegene Meer ist wirklich sehr schön mit tollem Sandstrand. Man kann den Strand L‘altro Mare2 empfehlen. Alles in allem war es ein wirklich schöner Urlaub.

Maison très agréable

Perchée à flan de coteau, on a une vue extraordinaire. L'équipement est très bien mais un peu daté. La climatisation manque un peu mais très bien compensé par un bon ventilateur. Le chemin d'accès est un peu cahoteux mais surtout il faut le prendre depuis la "Via delle Sezioni". Google maps m'a fait passé par l'autre côté, j'ai du renoncer (pour VTT ou à pied uniquement). La propriétaire au demeurant très gentille ne parle qu'italien.

Tolle Aussicht

Das Objekt ist toll gelegen in einem riesigen Olivenhain. Die Zufahrt ist wie beschrieben etwas schwierig, aber machbar. Leider spricht die Verwalterin weder deutsch noch englisch, was sich bei Nachfragen schwierig gestaltet. Generell ist das Haus typisch südländisch funktionell ausgestattet, hat aber leider kleinere Mängel. Vom tropfenden Wasserhahn und loser klebrige, waren noch nicht einmal Geschirrtücher vorhanden.

Wunderschöne Lage

Das Haus liegt an einer wunderschönen Lage mitten in einem Olivenhain. Alles eingezäunt, so dass man den Vierbeiner unbeaufsichtigt im Olivenhain schnuppern lassen kann. Die Zufahrt ist auf den letzten 300m eine Naturstrasse, die man langsam befahren sollte.

Schönes Haus mit Mängel

Das Haus ist an sich schön und liegt auf einem Hügel mit toller Aussicht. Die Hunde konnten frei laufen da alles eingezäunt. Die beiden Betten sind eine Katastrophe. Die Koordinaten vom Haus stimmten nicht und die Gastgeberin wollte uns auch nicht helfen das wir das Haus schneller finden. Gastgeberin ist unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Mäuse hatten wir auch. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist abenteuerlich! Wir sind mit einem Passat mehrfach aufgesessen. Zum Glück ist nichts schlimmeres passiert.

casa molto vivibile con grande parco terrazzato

la casa è davvero carina, in una zona molto bella. è immersa in un uliveto terrazzato, completamente recintato e quasi completamente isolato. La privacy è garantita. come unico neo, gli ultimi 600-700 della strada per raggiungerla metri sono di strerrato abbastanza sconnesso.

giornate incantevoli!!

Siamo stati a Casa Le Bozzelle a fine ottobre. La signora è stata molto carina e accogliente. La tenuta è meravigliosa, completamente circondata dal verde e la casa all'interno molto pulita e rustica. Sono stati giorni tranquilli, massimo silenzio e relax, l'esterno è meraviglioso. le foto rispecchiano la realtà! Consigliato per una piacevole fuga dallo stress e dalla città! Lo consiglio anche a famiglie con due figli! Torneremo sicuramente...

Ferienhaus in sehr schöner Lage

Le Bozelle liegt mitten im Olivenhain mit traumhaften Blicken in die toskanischen Hügel bis zum Meer. Man sitzt in einem Garten mit eigenem Grillhaus und wer will könnte auch Pizza backen (Holz muss man selber besorgen). Das Haus ist ausreichend ausgestattet, lediglich die Betten sind sehr hart. Wir haben uns 3 Wochen sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ferienhaus mit sehr schönen Blicken

Le Bozzelle liegt mitten in einem Olivenhain mit traumhaften Blicken in die toskanischen Hügel bis zum Meer. Man sitzt in einem Garten mit Grillhäuschen und einem Pizzaofen (ohne Holz). Das Haus ist ausreichend ausgestattet nur die Betten sind sehr hart. Wir haben uns 3 Wochen sehr wohlgefühlt.

Traumhaft wunderschön

Es ist ein traumhaftes Grundstück mit einem schönen Haus mitten in Oliven Garden. Wir könnten viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre genießen. Im Haus ist alles wichtiger vorhanden was man braucht, die Zimmern sind etwas klein aber ausreichend. Wir saßen hauptsächlich draußen, wo ein sehr schöne Grillplatz ist mit fabelhafte Aussicht ( die Vorhandene Bilder zeigen leider nicht wie die Lage tatsächlich schön ist). Anfahrt ist sehr abenteuerlich aber man gewöhnt sich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett aber ohne italienisch Kenntnisse ist es etwas schwierig sich zu verständigen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Preiswert und sehr schön gelegen

Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können ruhigen Gewissens diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Fantastischer Ausblick zum Meer, Sonnenaufgang über dem Berg, Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe waren prima. Auch die Unterkunft selbst überzeugte uns durch Sauberkeit und Zweckmäßigkeit. Im Außenbereich gab es genügend Alternativen den Aufenthalt bei guten wie durchwachsenem Wetter angenehm zu gestalten. Anfahrt ist etwas beschwerlich, aber okay. Kommunikation leider nur ital. möglich.

Sehr schöne Lage

Das Häuschen liegt traumhaft in den Olivenbergen. Und ist komplett eingezäunt, mit Hund ein Traum. War ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Einzig die Matratze im grossen Schlafzimmer war eine Katastrophe ....uraltes Federkern Teil!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten

Wir waren eine Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern und 2 Hunden. Schönes Ferienhaus mit voll eingezäuntem Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Haus verteilt sich auf 2 Etagen. Haus war nur durch Zufall zu finden. Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich sehr schwierig weil die Vermieterin nur italienisch spricht. Der Fahrtweg zum Haus ist für geliebte Autos unzumutbar!! Nur Schotter und gigantische Bodenwellen, sehr eng, teilweise haben wir aufgesessen. 2 Vorderreifen sind kaputt gefahren.

Enttäuschend

Wir haben Mitte Mai eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Wetter war wechselhaft und im Haus war es so kalt, dass wir nachts mit unseren Jacken ins Bett gegangen sind. Keine warmen Decken und die Heizung gänzlich abgestellt! Die Matratzen sind steinhart, das Bett ca. 1m hoch. In der Küche gibt es keine Kanne, so dass man als Teetrinker jede Tasse einzeln aufbrühen muss. Die Trinkgläser sind aus Plastik. Für Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine gibt es nur eine gemeinsame Steckdose.

Haus in Mitten von Oliven- und blühenden Orangenbä

Das Haus steht etwas abseits vom Dorf - und doch ist man schnell am Meer oder in einer der umliegenden Ortschaften. Ruhe und Erholung war genau das, wonach wir gesucht haben. Ein traumhaftes Paradies für die Kinder und die beiden Hunde war der grosse Garten mit einer wundervollen Fernsicht. Die Vermieter waren äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Ferien im Haus "Le Bozelle" verbringen.
