Amazing week in Tuscany

The flat is amazing, authentic and in a very beautiful location and the owners are super friendly and very helpful! If the flat had not been this great, I would still recommend it just because of the hosts and the surrounding! Grazie mille!

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen und bietet alles, was man braucht um die Seele baumeln zu lassen - vorallem aber jede Menge Charme, nicht zuletzt dank dem Vermieterpaar L. und A. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet für vielfältige Ausflüge in die Umgebung, auch Montecatini selbst sehenswert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Lage

Die Gastgeber waren super. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Man hat seinen eigenen Garten und eine tolle Aussicht über das schöne Tal. Montecatini ist einfach zu empfehlen.

Zauberhafte Wohnung an einem traumhaft schönen Ort

Wir hatten 3 traumhaft schöne Wochen in die wunderschönen Umgebung von gsnz liebenswerten Menschen. Die Vermieter sind einfach zum liebhaben und hrlfen wo sie können, obwohl man mit ihnen nur italienisch sprechen kann. Wir würden sofort wieder dort hinfahren und können diese Wohnung und die Gastgeber Andrea und Lilia nur empfehlen. Wer die Tosksna und die italienische Kultur liebt, ist dort genau richtig. Weil die Verständigung manchmal etwas schwierig war aber trotzdem geklappt hat gebe ich bei einer Bewertung nur 4 Sterne. Sonst war alles super.

Tolle Lage in der typischen Toskana

Aufgrund der vorherigen Bewertungen haben wir uns vor der Anreise viele Gedanken gemacht, wie wir die Lage in dem Dorf empfinden werden, wie die Kommunikation klappt etc. Dazu unser Eindruck: Lilia und Andrea vor Ort sind herzliche Menschen, die aber ausschließlich italienisch sprechen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, auch wenn wir uns beidseitig nicht mit Worten verstanden haben. Die Anfahrt mit unserem Auto (Kia Rio) durch die schmalen Gassen bis zur Wohnung zum Entladen war leicht abenteuerlich, aber machbar. Man sollte sich vorab erklären lassen, welche Gassen wie zu befahren sind - dann klappt es. Während des Aufenthalts bleibt der Wagen aber unten im Dorf, was immer einen Gang runter bzw hoch bedeutet. Es ist schon etwas steiler, aber wer gut zu Fuß ist, sollte keine Probleme haben. Zum Thema WLAN: Es wird hier als vorhanden angegeben, was aber definitiv NICHT zutrifft! Uns wurde vor Ort erklärt, dass das Signal aufgrund der dicken Gemäuer nicht durchkommt. Das trifft auch auf das "normale" Internet zu. Wenn überhaupt ein Netz vorhanden war, dann an einer Stelle im schönen Garten oder am Schlafzimmerfenster. Auf dem Dorfplatz gibt es zudem einen Hotspot von wifi.italia. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll und landestypisch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über eine italienische Kaffeemaschine (Typ Bialetti). Fernsehprogramm ausschließlich italienisch, wir hatten uns vorab mit Downloads versorgt. Der Garten lädt zum Essen und Verweilen ein. Insgesamt ist die Lage optimal, und zentral um viele Orte (Volterra, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Florenz) und das Meer (Cecina oder Bibbona) zu erreichen.

Stunning 15th century home in quaint village

So much character and history in this home. The outdoor space is fabulous and the indoors was tastefully decorated. Owners are the friendliest couple we met in Italy - Available to help and genuinely caring people. The views of the Tuscan hills are stunning - well worth the uphill walk to reach the house!! Hope to be back one day…

Niet verder vertellen maar……

In een prachtig 14de eeuwse stadje Monticello met z’n stijle nauwe straatjes ligt tussen de donjon en het kerkje het huis van de beeldhouwer, nu beheerd door Andrea en Lilia. Het huis heeft 2 lagen, in beide een slaapkamer, een ruime keuken, woonkamer en badkamer. Ingeklemd door twee muren is er een klein tuintje met een prachtige uitzicht over de velden en heuvels. De uitrusting is goed en compleet en de gastvrijheid hartverwarmend.

Montecatini val di cecina

Sehr liebevoll im toskanischen Stil eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, spricht aber nur italienisch. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnung mit dem Auto ist so gut wie unmöglich. Es befindet sich ein kostenfreier Parkplatz in ca. 200m Entfernung. Der Weg von der Ortsmitte zur Wohnung ist allerdings sehr steil und beschwerlich. Wer schlecht zu Fuß ist tut sich sehr schwer. Der tolle Ausblick und die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter entschädigt aber alles. Internet ist über WiFi zu erreichen, ansonsten der Fernseher nur italienische Sender. Es war für uns ein sehr schöner und abwechslungsreicher Urlaub. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Sehr nettes authentisches toskanisches Steinhaus

Die Taverna ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfbereit. Leider ist unser Italienisch nicht so gut daher konnten wir uns nicht wirklich unterhalten. Der Ort Montecatini liegt sehr schön auf einem Berg. Man hat eine wundervolle Aussicht und die Leute im Ort sind alle sehr freundlich. Es ist schön durch die kleinen Gassen zu spazieren und am Dorfplatz kann man schön sitzen und essen oder auch in der Bar etwas trinken. Zum Be- und Entladen ist die Anfahrt ans Haus möglich (jedoch mit größeren Autos schwierig, da sehr enge Gassen und mehrere Stadttore) ansonsten muss auf einen der öffentlichen Parkplätze geparkt werden. Wir fanden den abendlichen Spaziergang zur Wohnung allerdings schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und recht gut ausgestattet. Der Garten zur Alleinbenutzung ist sehr schön und man kann wunderbar draußen essen. Den Schlüsselsafe fanden wir recht praktisch. W-LAN gibt es nicht und auch das Mobilfunknetz ist nicht überall verfügbar, aber im Urlaub zum ausspannen ja auch nicht unbedingt dauerhaft von Nöten ;-)

Mam świadomość, że nie wszystkim to miejsce będzie odpowiadało ale dla ludzi, którzy w czasie urlopu nie potrzebują tłumu turystów, Internetu a i czasem zasięgu sieci telefonicznej jest idealne. Kawał historii, uśmiechnięci i życzliwi ludzie, świetne jedzenie i wino, slow life - to jedno z miejsc po pobycie w którym można powiedzieć, że świat jeszcze nie do końca zwariował i można normalnie żyć.
