Modern, comfortable terraced house "Zen", 2 storeys. In the resort 1 km from the centre of Tossa de mar, in a sunny position, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. For shared use: terraced garden, swimming pool round (seasonal availability: 15.May. - 19.Oct.). Outdoor shower space n 14. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 195 cm width 200 cm. Shop 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 500 m. Nearby attractions: Pueblo medieval de Tossa de mar 1 km, Waterworld lloret de mar 15 km, Marinland Blanes 17 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), bath/bidet/WC and fan. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), fan. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), fan. Bath/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
