Expensive and terrible customer service from start

Lovely house and swimming pool. Very hot in the summer as no air con. The lights/electricity in the end bedroom/bathroom & back of garden beyond the pool didn't work for 4 nights and agent (although very nice) didn't do anything as she'd gone to Paris. Owner promised a refund and then never did it despite all his promises. Every day was spent trying to get the electricity issues sorted; which eventually happened just before we left. Right from the start communication and customer service a problem. We booked 9 nights online and then six weeks later the owner Clement said he couldn't do that: was only a week (or two) at a time which messed up our already booked travel plans. Lovely area and private location but a really poor experience for a very expensive fee.

Belle maison en plein centre de Bois Plage et au calme. Piscine et Jacuzzi, top. Belles prestations.

Un plaisir partagé en famille

Regroupement familiale pendant une semaine sur ce lieu tout à fait adapté. Proximité centre ville, plage, commerces, …. On oublie sa voiture pendant cet hébergement.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ganz zentral. Schöne Einrichtung und Aufteilung der Räume, schöner Pool und beheizter Whirlpool. Wir haben einen wirklich tollen Urlaub verbracht. Einzige negative Erfahrung war leider, dass wir für einen kleinen Plastikklip (Materialkosten ca. 2,- Euro, Poolpfleger kam ohnehin, also keine extra Anfahrtkosten) 70,- Euro bezahlen mussten. Das haben wir als Abzocke empfungen und das hat die Urlaubsfreude etwas getrübt ;-(!
