This large country home was perfect for our recent trip to NY/PA for my nephew’s wedding. Our party included my husband & I, our kids, their spouses & our two grandkids. This home is beautifully decorated and had everything we could’ve needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The host very kindly left us some apples, cheese & crackers too!
It is conveniently located to several major roadways and stores. There was some road noise, but it wasn’t too bad.
David, the host, was very responsive during our stay. A pleasure to work with.
We absolutely will stay here again!
We had such an incredible time staying at the property! The house is beautiful and was a perfect backdrop for a small backyard wedding. David was so kind and helpful with our stay, especially with making sure we had access to anything we needed for the wedding. We are so grateful for everything, thank you David!
Our entire family stayed together at Tree's House and we had such a great experience! The house is so interesting, with its early 20th century architecture, and it's so comfortable, with its modern upgrades. We had plenty of room for all of us and the house felt so homey. Perfect for family meals, game nights, and roasting s'mores. Communication with David was easy and he had the house stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I can't recommend Tree's House enough!
The house was clean and well kept. It was much larger than I expected, which was great! It had plenty of room for our family and was in a great location in proximity to our son’s wedding. We would stay again!
Well kept older house. Lots of space for our family. Enjoyed the owners' friluit and vegetable stand across the street. Awesome melons, sweet corn and peaches. Much thanks to the property manager's responsiveness to our needs and requests. And we enjoyed our first experience with Chatauqua Lake.
A group of adults were in town for the rodeo. We stayed at this place for an overnight. We were warmly welcomed with fresh fruit. The house is beautifully kept and very large. The pictures don’t do it justice. I look forward to staying here again!!!
Fabulous place for a larger gathering, fully equip with more than the usual supplies. Very nice for family or friends. Dined at the Landmark 8 minutes away for a five star meal.
Great place for family to stay for wedding in area.
This place surpassed my expectations. It was so spacious, clean and had everything you could ever need available in a house. My daughter was getting married in Jamestown and we had a lot of family traveling from out of town. So it was perfect for all of us to be together in one location near the church and reception. We had the best time and I would totally stay there again.
Very beautiful historic home; felt like we were having a family reunion at our Grandparents home (enjoyed the wallpaper walls and ceiling). Enjoyed having the wonderful fruit / produce / homemade pie stand right next door. The updated bath on the main floor with rain shower was very popular. Host was very responsive and friendly ..... We used all six bedrooms and had a wonderful time. Very much appreciated the fresh eggs and beautiful flowers. And not every day you get a home that has three washing machines and two dryers to use .....
We were in the area for my son's wedding. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The location was ideal. We really made use of the fruit stand across the street. Lots of kitchen utensils for cooking. Could use a muffin tin.
I cannot recommend this property enough. Its such a beautiful home. My group and I felt so comfortable. This is a place where i would recommend staying.
Honestly it was even better then I expected! We had a ladies night with 10 of us. The table in the dining room was perfect for our games. I had a little trouble when the keypad that opens the door when I first got there but I called and he picked up the phone immediately and We were inside within 10 min! We ordered food this time but if we wanted to cook there is absolutely everything we would need!! Actually there was probably 10 times more kitchen essentials then in the last bnb I stayed in so I was impressed! Tons of pillows on the bed and they were all good pillows!! Lots of extra blankets! I would 100 % recommend! I couldn't imagine needing anything that wasn't provided! Literally everything was thought of! Great old house full of character!! Beautiful built ins! Thank you so much!!
Wish it snowed, but the house was great and kept us extremely entertained
Wanted a family fun night for New Year’s Eve. It was clean, easy to get to, full of games and puzzles and the beds were so clean and comfortable
Perfect for what we needed
We had our annual friends getaway weekend at the Tree’s House. This house is spectacular, it met all our needs for the weekend. It was more than big enough for the nine of us. The pictures don’t even do it justice. We were greeted with fresh eggs and fruit. We meet the owner David. He was very welcoming and accommodating.
We would highly recommend this house.
Thanks again David for everything.
The Friends
Tree's home is like a warm welcoming trip to grandma's house. Everything you need is there. We were welcomed with fresh eggs and fruit from the family farm stand across the street. We will definitely come back again.
What a perfect property for our family to gather at. It was exactly what we were looking for and met all expectations. The fresh eggs were the icing on the cake.
Absolutely immaculately clean, spacious accommodations for a large group. We visited Lilydale and it was the perfect location for our group. There was every amenity imaginable and walking through the doors it was like coming home. Our only regret is that we couldn’t have stayed longer. Our group would HIGHLY recommend this property.
The house is immaculate and perfect for a large family to stay. The large dining table and living room made it perfect for meal time and card playing. The big yard was perfect for some lawn games and hanging outside to visit. A great place to stay! Highly recommend!
