La Centrale de l'Île de Ré offers you this house close to the center and market of La Flotte and its cycle paths, it is located 600 meters from the beach.
The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge open to the terrace and the pool.

Private and secure parking for 2 vehicles is possible.

The house is non-smoking.
Unheated pool that benefits from a very sunny location and natural heating from April to late September.
The actual water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the pool water temperature and a cold climate decreases the pool water temperature.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rental and delivery of bed and bathroom linen are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August).
The key handover and presentation of the house directly on site are included.
