Appartement très bien situé mais vieillot. Le rideau de douche n'est pas très hygiénique, il manque des prises électriques dans le coin cuisine:une seule prise pour le micro ondes, rien pour brancher la cafetière et le grille pain. Présence d'un lave vaisselle mais pas assez de couverts et assiettes. La porte qui sépare la pièce principale du couloir gêne et la porte du placard devrait s'ouvrir dans l'autre sens pour faciliter l'accès.

Organisation impeccable pour la remise des clés,très bonne prise en charge. En revanche le logement était plus que moyen,la douche bouchée et le socle cassé,des poils et des cheveux un peu partout,la vaisselle sale,la table du balcon branlante(impossible de manger dessus),le canapé lit devant la baie vitrée donc un gymkhana pour se rendre sur le balcon... Pas ravie du logement...En revanche très contente de l'agence qui gère au top.

Agréable séjour dans ce studio proche de la mer et du Seaquarium La résidence est propre et les extérieurs bien entretenus Par contre un mitigeur thermostatique serait bienvenu dans la douche ( eau très chaude)

Mauvaise communication avec l'équipe ménage. Ce dernier n'était pas fait lors de notre rentrée sur les lieux ! Et difficile à faire alors que nous étions installés. Appartement qui convient à un couple ou couple avec un ou deux jeunes enfants, sinon petit.

Très bien placé, à 2 pas de la plage et des commerces

Appartement central, entre la plage des espiguettes et le centre ville, centre commercial à proximité et calme. J'ai passé un très bon séjour. Petit bémol : le frigidaire est trop bruyant, j'ai dû l'éteindre la nuit pour mieux dormir.
