This multi-level residence features upgraded decor and finishes and it is ideally located central to many of Ouray’s most sought-after amenities. It's an easy drive into town, or you can walk across the highway and stroll along the Riverwalk Trail to Ouray's famous Hot Springs Pool and Fellin park.

This home features granite countertops, cherry hardwood floors, a beautiful stone fireplace in the primary living space, an outdoor deck, and central air-conditioning.

Guests are welcome to park up to one vehicle in the garage and another regular sized vehicle in front of the garage. The driveway and garage are up against a rock wall and oversized vehicles may not fit. Overflow parking is available near the entrance of the Elkhorn Townhome complex.

The townhomes entry-level has access to the one-car garage, a bedroom, and a full bath. A set of stairs takes you up to the main living area, where you will find the living room with a gas fireplace and access to the deck, as well as the dining area, kitchen, and half bath. Up another level are the third floor with laundry room, guest bedroom with bathroom and the master bedroom, private, oversized soaking tub and walk-in shower with ample closet space. This unit is located on the west end of the complex, which houses four townhomes. There are a single-car garage and room for one small vehicle parked in front of the garage. A large TV in the living room and master bedroom offer Roku and YouTube TV.

The home is dog friendly (2 dogs max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
