My family came to visit and wanted to see Estes Park. The condo was in an excellent location, close to RMNP and town. It had a perfect cabin feel with a lovely view and creek below. The unit was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the fire place and large shower. Check in and out was easy. We would stay there again!
The room was very nice and clean. A few items did not meet expectations. The garbage disposal needs refreshing. The smell is unpleasant. Also, the fireplace stopped working on the second night of my stay which was disappointing.
My husband and I spent 4 lovely days in this condo. The close proximity to RMNP was excellent! We loved being close to town but far enough away to avoid all the crowds.
The unit was very well appointed and as noted in the photos.
Communication was top notch and the check in was extremely easy.
We look forward to staying there again in the future.
Our condo was perfect for our needs with a king bed in the master bedroom and a loft with two, double beds. The unit included a back deck overlooking a lovely babbling river and a male elk hung out on property eating peacefully the entire weekend. We enjoyed the condo and location!
The perfect spot and setting and location with cozy comfortable creature comforts for a weekend away minus the kids. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your lovely residence in the mountains!
We enjoyed our stay great location husband enjoyed fishing and the weather was nice enough to enjoy eating some meals on deck. One suggestion I would make is to add grab bars in bathroom. We were traveling with my 85 and 87 year old parents and bars would have made showering a bit safer. Overall nice place.
Perfect location for the activities we had planned. The unit was well appointed, but the views and the sound of the rushing water made this my new “Happy Place “
Surprised my wife with staying at the property for her birthday and she loved it. Property was very clean and in close proximity to the center of town. Would definitely stay here again. Had no issues or problems.
Easy access to RMNP and Estes Park. Literally right on the creek with a nice deck/patio. Beds were very comfortable and peaceful location for relaxing when we weren't out exploring.
The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from downtown Estes Park and RMNP. The view and sound of the creek off the back deck with sharply rising mountains as the backdrop was stunning and soothing. The unit itself was updated and nicely furnished with comfortable beds and furniture. The end unit location was nice and private. We were in town for a wedding and the unit met all our needs with spacious closet, iron, ironing board. The shower was great. Check-in and check-out were hassle free. This was by far our best stay in quite a while.
Well maintained and our condo was updated. Nice with the river right outside and a couple Elk wandering in the morning or evenings. Close to RMNP and east to get downtown Estes Park. Only negative was a couple of windows were broke and couldn’t open but would guess maintenance will get those fixed quickly when it has a couple open days. Overall very nice and would stay there again.
Everything about our stay was great! Beautiful setting, easy access, easy check in and out. Some VRBO places load on renter responsibilities but this one did not. The condo is new, modern, beautiful and convenient. Loved the private balcony over the river. We’d love to return!
This place is great for a small group looking for quick and easy access to RMNP. No more than 5 minutes and we were in the park. The Fall River is beautiful and provides a great backdrop. Check-in and out could not be easier, even if you’re coming in late and getting out early.
We were very happy with this condo. Bed was comfortable, bathroom shower was wonderful and the place fit our needs perfectly. The only improvement I would highly recommend is get the windows fixed! We had a couple warm days and with the inability to open the windows when the evenings were cool, especially in the loft, made it very difficult to sleep or just be in the condo. The fans helped but it just wasn't enough.

The staff who manages the property is professional and responsive when needs arrive! The grounds are incredible. The gorgeous stream that ran beside our condo had trout. You can get fishing poles at check in. The whirl pool brought welcome relief from all of the hiking we did! There’s a SAFEWAY close so you can easily shop for groceries. We loved the proximity of the condo to Rocky Mountain National Park and the town! We highly suggest Smokin’ Dave’s BBQ!
Exactly as expected. We loved how close we were to the Rocky Mountain entrance. We saw an elk by the river one morning! The walk-in shower was lovely. We never had to ask anyone for anything- it was well equipped for the 4 adults that visited. We had a wonderful visit.
I would happily stay here again, these are lovely units right on the Fall River and everything you need is right there in the condo. Tastefully decorated. Comfy beds.
