We had a wonderful stay. The house, pool, beach, and snorkeling were all fantastic! We love the quiet, relaxing North Side. Gary is a great host, and very responsive.
Beautiful vacation home - our breath was taken away by the views! Plenty of space for our family of seven. The house was very clean with nice furniture. Beds were so comfortable and plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook a full meal. The pool and beach were everything we could have hoped for - six kayaks, plenty of lounge chairs and pool toys!
The house and location were phenomenal. Our party of 11 had a blast including 3 kids and a baby. Gary the host had all the accommodations we needed and answered any questions immediately. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t regret it.
Our recent family vacation to Grand Cayman was a delightful escape, enhanced by our stay at a charming beachfront house, Beach Plum Villa. Nestled along the pristine shores, this beach house provided the perfect setting for relaxation and adventure. The location was nothing short of ideal. Situated right on the sands of the North Shore, we had immediate access to the turquoise waters and white sandy beach. The serene environment was perfect for breakfasts, afternoon kayaking and snorkeling and fun family dinners. Nearby, we found several local shops, restaurants, and attractions that made our outings both convenient and enjoyable. We were walking distance from a small grocery store and a short drive to Rum Point, Starfish Beach, The Botanical Gardens with the rare blue iguanas as well as the east side. The house itself was perfect for us and is perfect for a family or groups. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, everyone had their own bathroom and 3 rooms had stunning ocean views! The spacious living area, with its open floor plan, allowed us to spend quality time together. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the outdoor space. The private pool was a hit with the kids, and the adults enjoyed lounging on the deck and beach with its comfortable seating and BBQ facilities. We spent countless hours snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, and simply soaking up the sun.
This beautiful home was large enough for our family… my husband and I claimed the primary bedroom suite. Then our two sons and their families with kids aged 14 months and 5 years, had separate upstairs suites. Each bedroom has a designated bath and that was wonderful.
We walked the short, maybe 50 yards, back and forth to Chisholm Grocery daily for resupply.
There were kayaks and paddles down near the water. There was snorkeling gear and plenty of PFDs! Everything was ready for fun and relaxing! Our 5 year old grandson loved the pool best and it was hard to get him out. I paddled out to the reef to get my bearings then went snorkeling with my daughter-in-law. The coral was so beautiful and so many brightly colored fish! A favorite activity for me!
Another day we all went to Stingray City and swam with stingrays. Unforgettable!
Thank you, Gary! And know that the photos do not do this place justice! It is beautiful and so clean.

What makes this property unique
My wife and are avid divers and snorkelers and fell in love with this part of Grand Cayman due to the protected reef. Both inside and seaward side of the reef are amazing, with lots of sea life, corals and nature at its underwater best. All a short swim or kayak ride away.
