Access to the slopes is from the rear of the building.

It has a south-facing balcony, a pull-out sofa bed in the sleeping area (separated from the living room by a curtain) and bunk beds in the cabin. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher. The toilets are separated from the bathroom. ski locker on the 2nd floor of the residence.
