The photos and description of this place are spot on. The centralized location made this a great place to stay and the pool with pool bar was just what we needed to unwind. It's also very helpful that Publix is within walking distance so that we could get food for our stay.Thanks!

Great place and location

Stayed for 4 days with my parents and daughter for a gymnastics meet. It was a very nice condo. Perfect location to the convention center. Spent a day at universal studios and it was very close and convenient. Nice layout for family and privacy. Would stay there again.

Perfect Stay in Orlando – Cay Vista ResortOur VRBO at Cay Vista Resort was fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better—just 1.2 miles from the convention center, close to Publix, and surrounded by great restaurants. Plus, getting to Universal or anywhere in town was super easy with Uber.The resort was comfortable, convenient, and had everything we needed for a great stay in Orlando. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a place that’s both relaxing and close to all the action! Plus the host was awesome and quickly to respond. The place was really nice , but couple things I didn’t like first the coffee maker it was broke and the microwave handle, it was red hair on the bathrooms floor , and the master bed it’s was very uncomfortable .

Fall Break Vacay

Clean and large property! The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures and in a convenient location to both Universal and Disney Springs. The kids loved the pool after a long day at the parks. Publix and Dunkin are within walking distance.

Perfect for conferences

We stayed here with our family while we went to a conference. It's a very close drive to the conference center and it's not too far from Disney. The condo is clean and just as pictured. The community has a nice pool. I would recommend this place.

Disney with teens

We stayed for just a few nights to take our teens on a quick trip to Disney since they really don't remember it from their childhoods. While we had a great time, it was so nice to be out of the "Disney scene" in the evenings! We didn't spend much time in the unit, but it was clean and well-stocked. Just what we needed
