- NO PETS: Owners have animal allergies. There will be a $900 penalty for bringing pet & guest must pay the additional deep cleaning costs required to remove all traces of pet allergens.
- No Smoking Policy - Violation of the no smoking policy will result in a damage liability of up to $2,500 for any discovered damage to furniture or any odors.

KDCI Development LLC does not assume liability for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal property nor do we accept liability for any of the following: any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of cable, water, electricity, outside construction noises, or plumbing. loss or damage caused by use of KDCI Development premises or equipment or adverse weather conditions, water or noise pollution, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond our control.
- Guests, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators fully release and discharge KDCI Development LLC and its owners and administrators from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has/have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result of or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold KDCI Development LLC free and harmless of any claim or suit arising therefrom. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors, or assignees, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs. This agreement is between guest and KDCI Development LLC and this reservation cannot be assigned to another person or persons.
