Just a three minute walk to the beach and town. Two-bedroom, two-bath, vacation home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the quaint beach town of Hanalei on Kauai's beautiful rural North Shore. It features natural wood ceilings and walls, one king-size bed and one queen. A flat screen TV, CD, DVD, WIFI, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Ceiling fans in every room. BBQ. Outdoor shower. Stunning mountain views.
Walk around the corner to the beach access on Weke Road, down the sand path and you will be right in the middle of Hanalei Bay.

Hanalei heaven

This was our 5th time to Hanalei and first time at Ilena’s cottage. It was a perfect location and perfect size for 2 adult couples. The kitchen was well-equipped making meals at the cottage easy. Will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Hanalei retreat

What a wonderful property!My wife and I along with our 20-something son stayed in the cottage while our son and daughter-in-law stayed with her sister's family of 5 in the main house.The property was pristine and in a great location near beach and town.Best part was the courtyard and decks were great places for the kids to roam. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials and the entire place was in great condition.Having beach toys and a washer-dryer was the icing on the cake.Thank you to the owners for sharing your special place with guests.Mahalo.

The cottage was perfect for the two of us. We were concerned about no air but had no issue at this time of year sleeping. We so enjoyed the proximity to the beach and town and use of the chairs and boogie boards. We will be back to this gem of a cottage.

What a wonderful place! Plenty of room for my family of 4… fully stocked kitchen, front door to beach is a 7 minute walk, clean, great shower, comfy beds. Book it while you can!

Lovely Cottage

We had a lovely 10-day stay at this cottage, located just a short walk from our favorite beach, Hanalei Bay. The house was very nicely decorated, clean and well-maintained. Communication with the owner and the local housekeeper was easy when we had a minor issue with an alarm that we couldn't identify (it was the fridge left ajar).I would definitely try to book this property again.

Great location and very well kept property. Walking distance to the beach and lots or places to eat or shop. Barely used our rental car after getting into a routine of early morning surf and exploring Hanalei during the day.

You want to be in Hanalei!

This lovely property is in such an ideal location in Hanalei - take a break from driving and walk to either the beach or town. Slow down and enjoy Hanalei. The cottage had everything we needed, a perfect home-base for our trip.

Nicely situated in Quiet North Shore Neighborhood

The cottage In Hanalei was ideal for our recent North Shore stay, located in a quiet neighborhood— but easily walkable to beach and restaurants/shops. The kitchen and laundry were nice amenities also. Highly recommended for a tranquil getaway.

Cute and spacious

Our little group spent a wonderful week at this cute cottage. We especially enjoyed the big, open living space, as well as the large lanai and well kept grounds. The outdoor shower is a nice touch, especially after a surf. Mahalo!

The house was clean, and well appointed; everything that you could possibly want was there. Staying in this beautiful house, just a short stroll to the beach, and in walking distance to shopping for groceries, fresh seafood, restaurants, farmer's market, etc., what more could you possibly want?

What a great stay. The place is spotless. We had a 3 minute walk to town and the best beach. We cooked, we sat on the porch. So peaceful , so close to everything. If you go to Hanalei. Stay here!

A peaceful retreat.

This is great cottage for one or two couples. So easy to get to the beach and town by foot. And, as we discovered, a nice house to hang out in when the rains come. Which can be a lot of the time in Hanalei. This is a great antidote to the resorts.
